Kit is good quality was going to purchase another rack - but while considering thiswe had faults with our cable machine which seemed to be installation problems not use getting contact with the customer service about warranty is appalling they often won’t respond to messages - they also want a call out fee if they are to come out when we asked earlier on then after bringing up it was their fault haven’t been replied to since

Bad checkout UX - terrible follow up customer service
Their website seems to have some feature that catches you out and rewrites your address. I order hundreds of things per year online and this has never happened to me (wrong shipping address). I don't know why I should be expected to check that address fields I know entered (postcode!) haven't somehow changed. Terrible website UX/design "feature" IMO. Their response to my query about it was really not much more than a shrug and a suggestion they'll check with the courier to find it, that was over two weeks ago and I've not heard a thing since.
I am unsure why this could even happen if the billing address couldn't have matched the card details. I don't know why it was delivered to somewhere/someone totally random when neither the business name nor the person it was for was identifiable at the other end. In fact the delivery tracking explicitly said "wrong address" one day, but then on the next day they seem to have gone back and delivered it anyway.
In none of this was there any attempt to contact me that I am aware of. If the courier had contacted me I could have at least told them to hold it and had a chance to contact the company. Maybe the courier contacted the company and they said to deliver it anyway, I have no way of knowing given all they've done in response is blame me for filling in a form wrong. The last correspondence was me sending these questions/details, that got an automated response from their ticket system and then... crickets.
I've ordered a bar from Wolverson instead now as I don't really have the time or patience for dealing with this sort of thing. A pity as they do nice racks and stuff, but I'll stick to going elsewhere in future.
They clearly don't give a toss regardless.

Great dumbbells
Great dumbbells. 10kg really are a lot heavier than 7.5kg!
Only gripe is the slippery release agent still on the rubber. Has to be washed off with strong detergent to make them safe.

Not The Company They Used To Be
I used to be a big fan of Again Faster, but unfortunately their quality and service have really dropped off. Our most recent purchase of 20 brand-new AdMats turned out to be a huge disappointment. After about a month, the wooden inserts started coming loose and it was just really poor quality all around. When we contacted them, they blamed it on how we stored them, even though their own ads showed the same stacking method. They didn’t offer a refund or take responsibility. We definitely won’t be using them again.

After carefully reviewing your case, no warranty fault was identified. Our AbMats are intentionally designed to open at the Velcro seam, allowing access to the internal wooden insert and helping to maintain the product’s durability over time. This is a standard design feature rather than a defect.
During our correspondence, we advised that tightly stacking the mats can place pressure on the Velcro seam, which may cause them to open more easily. While similar stacking methods may appear in promotional imagery, these are for illustrative purposes and do not reflect recommended long-term storage practices.
Although we were unable to offer a refund on this occasion, we stand by the quality and design of our products. We genuinely value your feedback and will take it into consideration as we continue to improve our product guidance and customer experience.

I ordered a barbell that was in stock and the dispatch time was stated as 2-3 days and I have been waiting over 9days now, communication has been poor and now my emails are being left unanswered. I have tried to contact through other forms such as phone calls and can’t get through. I am still waiting on my purchase, I have had to buy another barbell in the in between, this service is shocking and being ignored when there is a problem is a terrible service to provide.

Power Rack
Love the look of the cage and easy to assemble but I’ve already come close to injury as the spotter bars slide out and whilst I pushed to failure on my lifts the spotter bars had come out of the frame and fortunately my barbell stayed up high enough not to land on my face and do me some serious damage , seems like they need some sort of safety catch to prevent this happening, so I’m always double checking on it now as it’s made me a bit paranoid .

Safety is absolutely our top priority, and the spotter bars should not slide out when they are correctly installed and used. We’d really like to look into this properly for you, as what you’ve described isn’t the experience we want anyone to have.
Please could you contact our customer support team directly with your order number and, if possible, a short video or photo of how the spotter bars are sitting in the frame? This will allow us to check whether there may be a fitting issue, a faulty component, or whether we need to send replacement parts. If there is any defect at all, we will resolve it quickly.
