As with other customers I ordered some deck shoes for my partner for Christmas showing as in stock.
Payment left my account and then a couple of days later I got an email saying they were not in stock at all and did I want to select something else and to please email or phone back.
I emailed and received a message that the email address provided wasnt being monitored until after Christmas.
The telephone number sent with the message was also incorrect and was not recognised. I went online to select something else but as what I had ordered was still showing as in stock I was sceptical about their system.
I waited over half an hour on hold and whilst trying to discuss an alternative gift the person on the phone refunded my card meaning that I couldn't get the item delivered before Christmas. This company is unreliable and disorganised in my opinion and their actions and inactions have left me with few alternatives so close to Christmas which is most disappointing.

Order on 10th December and still my order hasn’t been dispatched.

Emailed support and get a response the company is understaffed due to illness. Had a week to dispatch the order.

I get they’re a small outfit, but no communication to advise if your order will arrive for Xmas is unacceptable.

I personally won’t use again.

Shocking company!!! Placed an order a couple of years ago, after a lengthy delay I finally got my stuff!

So this time… I thought I’d give them a second chance! (We can blame the effects of Covid for the first one) but oh no! Nothing has changed! Happy to take a few hundred out of your account! (Next day delivery “apparently”) still nothing! Called customer service last week and was told they haven’t processed the order and they are working towards it! When explaining my frustration about it being a few weeks from ordering… I was told and I Quote ‘we are just a small family business’

I’m sorry but totally unacceptable from a business! You can get stuff delivered from china quicker than you can A Farley

Bought Wellingtons from them fir present and over a week later they hadn't been dispatched - despite taking my money.

No emails, no updates etc so called to cancel order. Once I got through (28 minutes) the girl was polite and quick, canceling the order and issuing refund which also came through quickly. No question as to why I was cancelling etc but did receive 10% off email to tempt me back.
It was lack of communication from them that prompted my review. I went elsewhere, they were considerably cheaper and got them the following day! Maybe these guys should try to improve the customer experience as based on mine I'm afraid I wont be using them again

On 6th July 2025 I ordered 3 pants and paid € 260 with they never send.I complained by e-mail many times and the answer I received was that they would refund my money.I have not received anything.Be careful when shopping,they are scammers.

The sizes of the items that I ordered were not in stock.
I was contacted by customer service and offered similar alternatives. A small price difference was overlooked as an 'act of goodwill'.
This act of goodwill has just ensured my future custom.

I ordered a gift 27th November, after waiting 10 days, I called to ask where my gift was, to be told it will arrive today December 6th. Still nothing.. very disappointing.

Ordered 2 pairs of boots - promised delivery date expired and then expired again. Still have NOT received boots over 1 week late.

One of the top 5 'true' country attire outfitters in England. If you are properly out and about in the countryside, look no further. A wide and well-curated range of quality brands, easy website, helpful staff and some good offers. Loyalty is rewarded too!
If you're a farmer, stick to a more agricultural offering, but for weather-beating style or country/town fusion, it's here.

I had problems with the loyalty points, the information on usage just scrolled round in a loop and didn't give me any real information. However, the AI assistant is much more efficient than many I have come across, directing my query to a human customer support assistant very quickly, resulting in an email offering to phone me to assist. Both Livvy (email) and Kayleigh (phone call) to be commended for their fast , efficient and friendly response. Order sorted, looking forward to receiving it. Thank you.
