Stunning product and great value
Stunning product and great value. I did have a slight issue with the delivery but this was down to Royal Mail / Parcelforce rather than Aevitas and the gentleman I spoke to at Aevitas was extremely helpful and polite. I would by again from them without any hesitation.

Poor quality control…
Received my purchase on time but after 3 months the screw that holds the winder cup to the motor came undone , this caused my watch to rattle around and eventually fall out of the winder !! luckily the watch still works but now bears a scar from hitting the floor .
On closer inspection there was no thread lock on the screw and other screws in the assembly were not tightened correctly .
If you value your watch buy elsewhere and if you have one of these winders put it on the floor on a cushion and hope for the best !.

I haven't actually used the item yet as it is a gift, however, customer service was fantastic. I had made a mistake with the delivery address which was quickly remedied and item arrived at the correct location in record time, well packaged and in great condition. Thank you.

Great service
Great service. I needed replacement parts after my watchwinder broke following a house move. I had parts and instructions within a few days. The install was easy and my watchwinder is working as new.

Excellent watch winder with the carbon fibre finish, though the power cord was too short. Dispatch from Aevitas was prompt, but they used Royal Mail, who failed to deliver 3 times!
