The Product is what it says it is, and it was delivered on time

The service provided was excellent. The item was dispatched immediately and arrived packaged to a very high standard as appropriate to a not inexpensive item. The case itself appears finished to a very high standard, again as expected of what to me is an investment item. As usual, the real test is the longevity of the fittings and fixtures going forward. I would have preferred a real leather outer finish but I guess the pressure is on in this day and age to source more cost effective and acceptable alternatives. The only other observation is that the cushion/pillow ‘outers’ are covered in a sticky backed finish which invariably unravels when the ‘inner’ is removed and refitted. Aside from these relatively minor points I am currently very pleased with my briefcase.

My watch box in walnut wood for 6 wrist watches from Aevitas was beautifully made and stunning. It’s the perfect item to store my watch collection. The walnut wood adds a luxury feel. It also arrived packaged very well. Aevitas is highly recommended.

Ordered a watch winder safe, but delivery was poor, from the first delivery date and time waited 3 days, then when I finally received the item, it was completely damaged and showed signs of use, due to dirty finger marks on the inside. Return has been worse due to poor customer service, still waiting for refund and compensation for losses incurred.

I appreciate the prompt and professional response to my comments? I intend to convey this information to Trading Standards and seek their guidance on this matter.

I bought a four winder in 2022 and two and a half years later, it started making whirring sounds. So I contacted customer service through their online chat and Lee was very helpful. He offered to examine the winder and fix it free of charge. During our chat, I asked if I could upgrade to an eight winder and Lee said they would gladly do it by taking my 500 pounds malfunctioning winder for 100 pounds which I found reasonable (after thirty months of use). A few days later, the eight winder arrived and I was eager to put it to use. A week later I noticed the winders don't stop at precisely 12 o'clock and the rotors make a little sound. So I contacted Lee again and he was also super helpful. During the chat he made a few recommendations to help alleviate the issues but none worked to my satisfaction. So, I reboxed the winder and sent it back and got a full refund within a few days. On service, I rank them very high. On craftsmanship, not as high but probably because I'm a finicky customer and one that is more hard to please than most.

Had a number of nappa watch rolls now and a great product.

A gorgeous design and craftsmanship

I purchased a premium Zebrano Ebony Wood Piano lacquer finish for my Zenith watch. The service was quick and efficient and the winder was well packaged the instructions were very helpful and the watch is quite at home in its luxurious surroundings.

I purchased an excellent quality watch winder safe from Aevitas and was also very pleased with the professional installation service. I'd definitely use them in future.
