Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry that your experience didn't match your expectations. We replied to your email and we answered your phone call and confirmed that the secondary colour is more copper than gold, exactly like in the photo. We always accept returns and if you are not happy with the urn you can send it back for a full refund.
Great Service
We were ordering urn from Wallace, NC. We very much liked the urn that we saw on the website.
We were a little worried about getting it on time.
It was shipped promptly and we received it a day sooner that we expected.
The service was excellent and the urn we received looked exactly like the picture displayed on the site.

The urn was beautiful and the customer service was kind, compassionate and helpful
I sadly needed an urn for my brother and the one we found on Aethestic Urns was much nicer than most we had seen and a reasonable price. We had a fairly short turn around time due to also wanting to add a plaque and the team went above and beyond to ensure we got it in time, even when I forgot to change the delivery address at check out by mistake. The urn was beautiful and the customer service was kind, compassionate and helpful which made such a difficult experience that little bit easier.
