Avoid this company. Products never arrived, thank goodness I ordered on a credit card - for this very reason. Nobody answers the phone. Nobody responds to emails and by the look of the responses to the negative feedback they clearly have no business acumen. Perhaps if they listened, the feedback stats might weigh a bit more in their favour! Side note- they also lie about receiving communication, clearly if they don’t answer the phone, they won’t have received my call! I rest my case.

Unfortunately you have posted this review under the wrong company. You have presumably been scammed by the company trading from the website www.aesthetics-supplies.com. This is an entirely unaffiliated website to our site www.aesthetics-supplies.co.uk.
I urge you to send your complaint to the bank you sent the money to and also report to the hosting provider of the website.

Fraud company. I wish I didnt order. I ordered 2 weeks ago. Havnt received anything. Nobody picks the phone up. Noone replies to emails. Please dont order from this company. It's a scam company. I am going to report it to the police.
It seems like the only way to get a reply is via posting a review. I have been emailing but both email addresses provided come back as failed. They both don't work.
I never received any reply from web chat, which I tried to get in touch with the company. No body ever tried to contact me.
Most importantly, I never paid via credit card. Money has been debited from my account already.
Please check carefully all the facts before replying.
Please send the product asap.
It would be nice to see if the email I'd works at all. They keep bouncing back. As a customer if feels like another worrying situation. How unprofessional to only receive replies once posting reviews but no replies or contact otherwise. The phone number provided, no one attends at all. Please look into providing professional service first.

Dear Gurbinder, I assume that you placing your order on April 1st means that this is a belated April Fools joke?
Let's give some context shall we:
1) You paid by credit card so a) we don't get paid until we deliver b) you are fully protected at all times
2) You ordered late on April 1st. There was then 2 bank holidays and a weekend. You selected "free delivery" which (and as per our terms is 7-10 working days maximum).
3) You have not yet emailed us asking for an update
4) You were told on our online chat that we had received a deluge of orders from the re-opening of practice's and as such had a backlog of nearly 1900 orders to go through. You were offered a refund at this stage but you failed to respond.
If you would kindly like to email us we will gladly refund you back to your payment card, ideally before you waste police time on an issue that you have invented in your own head.
EDIT- To reflect your most recent comments. When we say "credit card" we mean it generically to cover any card; debit or credit, the important point is that you paid by card.
Secondly our email is info@aesthetics-supplies.co.uk it is plastered all over our site so I am not sure what you have been emailing.
Our tracker shows you received and opened the email relating to the delay/refund.
Your chat reply was sent when you were "offline" which again means it went via email, and again you have read this.

Oh Adrian, how utterly predictable, for a paramedic you have an incredibly low patience threshold.
Where to begin.....
Let's start with your first two orders with us, September 21st and October 23rd, both delivered next day without issue, not entirely sure why you wouldn't reference that in your review other than it doesn't fit your narrative.
Moving on to the issue at hand, you ordered in Easter week, and your delivery schedule fell across the easter weekend, it is not therefore an unrealistic expectation to assume that an order may be delayed due to 2 bank holidays and a Sunday.
Unfortunately by the time the Easter weekend had finished, you had become so irate and abusive toward our staff that we cancelled the order, informing you that your custom was not welcome, apparently those of us in the distribution trade are not entitled to time off.
We were so relieved to discover that you were a paramedic because frankly you appeared to be in the verge of an aneurysm.
An important fact you missed out of your "review" is that your payment was made by card.... Intimating that you paid by another means obviously suits your agenda better to portray us having conned you, but again in the interests of balance I feel it necessary to correct you.
All of our payments at Aesthetics Supplies are made by credit/debit card card, this gives you and all of our other customers (thousands) the security of knowing you literally cannot get scammed.
We informed you that your payment would be refunded back to your payment card and we processed the refund accordingly.
You have subsequently seen fit to email and harass us every day regarding this, including the attempted use of (misguided) blackmail.
Our message has been the same, we have processed the refund via our merchant partner and that this can take up to 7 working days to reflect back on to your payment card.
Clearly you are a man of little patience (and probably other little things) but your issue isn't with us, your issue is with the wider banking system in respect of how card payments are taken/processed. Did you know, Adrian, that the largest e-commerce card processor in the world- "Stripe" actually takes up to 10 working days to process refunds? Heaven forbid we used Stripe as it's possible you may have exploded by that point.
So all in all, 66% of your transactions with us have gone without a hitch.
Your lack of patience, probably relating to an underlying narcissistic complex caused us to cancel your order.
As your order was placed by card we have to refund back to the payment card and this has a set timeframe that is not controlled by us.
So no fraud, no low life scammers, nothing of the sort.

DONT ORDER!!! It’s a scam. I wish I googled before I payed for de products that I ordered. Shipping should take 3-5 day.. now I am on my second week and I got a mail that I have to pay 500 euros for a insurance so they can ship my stuff further. If I don’t pay they will confiscate my things.
Please don’t be a Fool like me, trusting.
Nowhere on there site this thing says, and the shipping company that write to me do not exist.
On the site I say they us schenker, ups, dhl and so on. That’s is also not true.

If I could score a zero star I would. Completely unhonest company, didn't refund my order after being unable to honour it. No goods received, no refund received either. In fact when replying to one of my emails they replied from a very similar email address except it had an 'o' in supplioes!! In that return email they cc in their normal email address. I guess this is to deter you from sending further emails asking where your products or refund are. They also included in one of their emails detailed info from another dissatisfied customer including her name and address!!!! DATA PROTECTION INCOMPLIANCE RIGHT THERE! I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Unfortunately it was you who included the additional “o”. Our staff have a basic grasp of spelling. I also suspect your memory has failed you seeing as you forget to report that you were in fact refunded.

awful! As below I placed a order in September! And didn’t receive the product after been advised it is next day delivery, when I managed to message someone they replied and said they will cancel the order! I agreed and a email was sent cancelling the order, after waiting 2 weeks for a refund I had to contact my bank who then had to wait 30 days before the credit card company refunded me. This company clearly should not be trading. I did put a review up when it happened however I was messaged regarding it and thought I’d take it off as it may jeopardise my refund! It didn’t matter as they didn’t provide the refund anyway, be warned! Don’t do business with this company. Also I have email proof and evidence that the refund was agreed by this company! It was never refused!

Ordered 8/30. My account showed I paid in full. I read the terms and conditions. I waited patiently 30 days for my products. I kept checking the website to see if the status of my order ever changed. It didn't. I emailed the company on 8/23 inquiring about the status of my order. I never received a response, but oddly enough, when I checked my account on the site, it showed my order as fulfilled. I thought, "Great, probably shipping soon." Not so much. The products should have shipped by 9/30. I waited a few days and emailed the company again (10/2) asking for a tracking number. No response. I emailed the next day stating I needed my product or a refund. No response. I just checked the website and here is what is reads..."Aesthetics-Supplies is now closed. Please obtain a refund from your card provider." I promptly called my credit card company for a refund. Disappointing.

I have not written a negative review ever but I felt this was such a Terrible company I had no choice. I ordered needles and over two weeks later they still hadn’t arrived. The number on their website is never answered and auto voice message of which I left multiple messages which were ignored. I messaged them through their website and through the email address multiple times also which got ignored until I told them I was going to trading standards. All I wanted to know was roughly when they might arrive- pretty simple question. Then they decided to reply but still not an answer to my question of roughly est delivery time. Horrendous customer service - the worst I’ve ever experienced. I’ve asked for a refund. They told me I should have read the terms and conditions on their site for 30 day shipping. They think this is standard and acceptable for a uk company . My response was unless I’m buying from China then I expect it to arrive within a few weeks for a uk company. I will be going to trading standards if I don’t receive my refund. Avoid at all costs unless you can wait a month for your stuff to arrive. The nameless person who does reply to my emails is also very abrasive and rude , seriously lacking customer service skills to deal with a very simple query.

Absolutely awful company. They didn't send out 3 orders I placed within days of eachother. I was ignored when I asked questions then only to be told weeks later thst I was getting refunded - which never ever happened. I pursued and pursued but to no avail!
I now had to get my bank involved to get money back.
After speaking with others in the industry I see I'm not alone in this problem.

Dear Bree, I wish to make two points here because your comment lacks the necessary context for it to be classed as ‘honest’. Firstly, you came to us hoping to secure Botulinum Toxin because you did not have access to a prescriber (we assume our refusal to do this is behind your review). Secondly, there was no mention of the orders we did successfully send to you. Finally, you were very clearly told that due to the fraudulent activities if your peers, our merchant provider terminated our contract, this meant that we were unable to refund directly as for PCA compliance we don’t hold card details. You were advised at the earliest opportunity to reclaim via your card provider as that was the only option available. Your chargeback request was uncontested which enabled you to recoup your funds very quickly. As per the above, the reason for this issue was that a very large number of non-medic practitioners appear to believe it to be ok to take large orders from us and then try and claim the product wasn’t delivered. I assume you have little to no experience of taking card payments, but I can tell you that this illegal practice is the death of many online businesses. As it stands there is nobody who is owed anything by our company. We also explicitly state on our website that we reserve the right to take up to 30 days to deliver and that no practitioner should be ordering stock on a ‘just in time basis’ as our supply chain is from Scandinavia. I would also add that in reference to the orders you speak of, you ordered the lowest price filler which upon inspection we decided not to release due to health concerns. Context and a balanced description are vital to avoid defamation suits.

You placed it on May 29th using a discount code that you weren’t entitled to. Nonetheless we honoured the order. On the day that we were shipping (inside our terms and conditions) you emailed us demanding a refund. We subsequently processed the refund when requested and also provided you with proof of postage generated.
