Engineer arrived on time completed the job to my satisfaction

Had Starlink fitted in no time at all. Nice neat & tidy job by a pleasant guy who wasn't bothered about the ice & snow

Tyler our engineer was excellent. He was very knowledge and sorted problem out swiftly. He was tidy and explained everything. Would definitely use again when needed.

Our satellite engineer, was very efficient and knowledgable. He installed our new satellite system with no problems. So good to be able to watch satellite channels again.

This is the best and most efficient aerial company I’ve ever used. One phone call and the engineer was on his way to my house. His name is Tom H.from Halifax, so professional, clean and tidy work, made sure everything was working before leaving the job.

Arranged for a visit twice. First time they rang late afternoon and said couldn't get to me, second time I rang them at 4pm (waited in all day) and they said they couldn't come. No apology other than a glib "sorry about that". This was for an elderly person whose tv is her lifeline. So disappointed

My first bad review on trust pilot and it’s for this company. When I initially called, I explained to them my issue with my 3G/ 4G connection at the house. To see if this is something they can boost. They said yes and it was booked. I had to leave work and wait around for them only for them to cancel on me. We rescheduled for the next day, fine. They sent me the completely wrong person to sort my 3G/4G connection. They sent a tv aerial diagnostic guy which is not what I asked for. The rep I spoke to on the phone said they can sort out my 4G connection. The guy that came said it’s not something they do. This company is trying to make me pay for the call out even though they lack understanding of the services they provide. Not only did they waste my time and make me take time off work, they also keep calling me and demanding I pay the call out fee, when they got it wrong on their end. It’s like asking for lemonade over the phone and telling me that’s something they do, they come out and serve me unfiltered water. Why should I pay for something I didn’t ask for and they messed up? To top it off, the guy was extremely rude on the phone, more or less shouting at me and just hung up. Terrible service. Don’t use.

After a previous 5-star review, mistakenly given to Ashley, I feel I must warn anyone thinking of using this company.

Firstly, unknown to us, the "little glitches sorted remotely" were illegal access to our system, by Ashley. After he left the company, we were locked out of our system, as my log-in password and all camera passwords had been changed.

Secondly, our newest cameras had an issue (from day one), and the guy sent out to fix it, didn't seem to know the system. So, he simply opted for a factory reset on everything. A remote session was set up, to enable our entire system to be rebuilt. This locked Ashley out, but did not cure the faulty camera, so it was replaced by a second engineer, who again left camera set up to a second tech company - cue another remote session. The second company was unable to get all of our cameras online, so they dumbed down the functionality of all cameras, explaining that the NVR and cabling installed did not have enough bandwidth to support the cameras we had chosen. We had argued for Cat 6 because our property has networked Cat 6 cabling, but Ashley had refused, indicating that Cat5e was compatible/up to the job.

Today, I find that the replacement camera is still not working, video/audio quality is badly degraded, and images are jumping. AerialForce is denying all responsibility, pointing to the invoice which identifies the installed cabling and NVR. Of course it does, the invoice is written after the job is finished!

More worryingly, I distinctly heard the remote guy whisper "download now" at the start of our remote session, and looking at the log file, I have found personal data. Aerial Force is not even commenting on this.

So, off to the Small Claims Court. save yourself heartache, worry and expense - avoid, avoid, avoid.

Jamie was excellent. Fitted doorbell system so neatly. Explained everything very clearly. Would strongly recommend.

The worker Sam was extremely efficient. He arrived on time and was a very pleasant young man who thoroughly explained every step along the way. I am 74 years old so very much appreciated his patience and kindness. He went over and above his duties. He is one in a million and a real asset to the company.

Mitchell was really lovely and helpful told me my aerial needed replacing,he fitted a new one and was finished within an hour.

Control responded early the next day to my request for advice & arranged for a technician to call that afternoon. The guy came, discussed my requirements, and made his recommendation with the estimated cost. I said go & 30 minutes later my new TV was expertly fitted in tight recesss. On completion, it looked like my wall had been fitted around my new TV!

Bad service, bad team, they will lie to your face and make you believe someone is coming and at the end after you call them 10x and wait a whole day at 5pm will tell you no one will come. I waisted a whole day waiting for a TV to be fixed in the wall

We needed two old aerials to be removed and a new one installed on a house with a very high roof. Mitchell did an excellent job. He explained clearly the alternatives, did a careful and professional job, even making it easy for me to get rid of the old metal. He ensured the TV was tuned and the aerial was working properly. Thank you, Mitchell.

At the weekend I booked an appointment for someone to come to our house to fit our TV to the wall and to include the bracket, as we were not confident in trying to do it ourselves.
Ashley came today and he was very helpful and friendly and we're really happy with the installation. He made sure I was happy with where it was and we think it's great value for a brilliant service.
