Expensive and hard to cancel
The products themselves are very well built and the interface is pretty good, even if it takes up a lot of screen sapce. However, it is very difficult to cancel the subscription and I continued to be billed $79 per month for months after asking to cancel. The customer service is absolutely appalling, and the orders page shows orders as ‘Subscription Cancelled’ even when they continue to bill. Don’t get sucked in by the low ‘I want it all price’ – you will end up paying way more than the package is worth.

Hi Nic, I've checked your account. I believe you had a subscription at one point. An automatic payment did not go through, and the payment processor made multiple attempts to charge for the subscription. Either one of the attempts went through or you have received an invoice but was not charged. We respect cancellation requests; if your subscription says it is canceled, it is canceled. Feel free to reach out to our support to double-check. We would be happy to show all records/charges on your account. If there was any billing error we will refund it regardless of how long ago it was.

Cheesy Sell, Reasonable Support
I made an order on the “I Want It All Bundle Lifetime”. Since I was using Apple Pay, when I accidentally tapped the second license upsell button, it immediately charged my account.
I mean, it is not a good look for a company to have some kind “click-here-to-lose-money” button, but to be fair, they *eventually* refunded my accidental purchase (after an upsell message again).
I lose some money to forex since my credit card is not in USD, but their customer service is not *that* bad.
I haven’t tried the software yet, but I think the bundle worth something if you need to do some amount of works in After Effects.

Hi, Nick. One-click upsells are an industry standard. Amazon even patented this method a long time ago. It is more of a convenience than forcing you to buy. If somebody clicks it by mistake which sometimes happens we give a refund like you mentioned :) The payment processor refunds the exact amount you paid. Have you tried the software yet?
Dont waste your money
Dont waste your money! Purchased the I want it all package, since then my Premiere Pro constantly crashes whenever i import an asset. Tried using it in stand alone mode with Davinci Resolve and constantly get told to update through the website. Still cant download anything from the standalone as the software crashes.
When i contacted them i told them about my issues but no chance of a refund, despite never being able to use their product.

Hi, Henry, I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Many factors could cause the crash in Premiere including third-party plugins, other software on your computer, and Premiere itself. Generally, if our software misfunctions it throws an error rather than crashing. We release 20-30 improvements monthly. It might be worth giving it another try and we can provide you with 1 free month of access to all products. Just share the screenshot of this comment with them.
I purchased the 'I Want It All Bundle…

I purchased the 'I Want It All Bundle Lifetime' again after they told me after the first time that it only includes the products available at this moment.
Which makes the 'Lifetime' a bit weird, as with most stores I use that means Lifetime access to all products (even new ones).
But that is not the bad part, I'm fine with that if it's clear enough.
What's not so clear:
If you open the plugin from AEJuice in your software, it shows a LOT in their store that is not owned yet.
If you then get an email about the 'I want it all Bundle', which they told me is kinda like a current state of their shop, purchased in a one-off purchase, it included like 1-5 new products instead of the ~30 I can see in the store.
I did that the same time before, purchased it as an upgrade to what I had before, and sadly just realized after the 4th year, that I own most things 4 times, which means, that there were just a few new products that are actually included.
4x licences: 28
3x licences: 25
2x licences: 21
1x licences: 11
So it also gets progressively less new products.
While I still have 90 products visible in my store, which would be logical to have in the 'I want it all' or am I wrong?
They also hide the upgrade option quite well, so you are more likely to pay the full price.
This is just sad, and I will now turn my back on this store.
Update:
I started a PayPal claim, they replied within a short time after the claim was made, but in a manner that looked like they are not aware of the claim and said that they would happily refund me with points on their shop (don't fall for it).
I said that I want my money back via PayPal.
They said that I need to cancel my claim, as that claim is freezing the money on their end, but as I checked on PayPal, this doesn't seem to be the case.
PayPal even stated that I should under NO CIRCUMSTANCES cancel the claim if I didn't get a refund or compensation from the seller, as you do NOT have a second chance to open one.
'We will refund you to your PayPal directly after the claim is cancelled'
I told AEJuice that I won't cancel the claim until this is solved, which is the right way (info from PayPal).
They stopped responding afterward.
PayPal decided in my favour and I got my money back.
So if you want to have your money back, open a claim, give enough information about the false advertisements and no reaction of the team closing in on the money-back deadline.

Hi, Evyi, I'm sorry about your experience. Let me address a few of those points.
1. Upgrade is not hidden. It is available as any other product on our website. Our products are sorted by sales on the main page. The only reason it might not appear on the main page is it has lower sales than other products. It is a completely automated ranking system. Additionally, we try to promote an upgrade rather than hide it by sending emails to people who qualify for it. I'm sorry you had this impression but it is simply not true. We invested almost 2 months of development for self-served upgrade flow and if would had wanted to hide it we would simply remove the product from the website.
2. Product list. All of our products including upgrades do have a list of included products at the top of the description. We maintain the product list accurately at all times.
3. I agree that the name might sound misleading. Initially, we created the bundle, included all products, and called it I want it all bundle. Later we started adding products from third-party creators. Due to different revenue share model, we could not include those products in the bundle. We would have to increase the price to $1500-2000 like other companies do. We wanted to keep the low price and include only products that we create internally. We're solving this problem by adding "All Access" subscription (almost 400 products). It is truly access to all current and future products and you can apply money you've already paid over the years toward free access. In your case, I believe it should be 5-6 months or even more. We plan to gradually sunset the I want It All bundle. It is hard to do it abruptly because it has been featured in a lot of reviews, press, etc.
4. Lastly, as far as PayPal goes on our end the "refund" button was disabled because you raised the claim. We would have to wait either for PayPal to resolve the claim or return it manually once the claim is closed. It happens sometimes with PayPal.
Fraudulent Company
I bought the "I want it all Bundle", wasn't satisfied with my purchase, contacted customer service the next day for a refund. It's 8 days now, customer service won't respond to me, and I still haven't seen my money. This company is fraudulent, keep off.
