I am finding it very difficult to get any communication.
After my first attempt failed to come to anything-the original advisor had left the company, the person who took over advised me that they would obtain a new CETV (albeit at their expense) as the deadline had been missed.
Since then, I have had no correspondence whatsoever).

I contacted Advies Wealt in regards to transferring a pension to a retirement dmfund they were very good, contacting me promptly and doing an initial fact find and research to what my needs were. They then kept me up to date at every step of the way and were always available to answer any questions.

Once I’d had a chat with Aatif the whole procedure of getting my pension moved was very straightforward. I wanted to have control of my pension but my previous provider was having none of it. They kept saying that the drawdown pension was not an option for me. After speaking with Aatif I was impressed with his knowledge. I would certainly recommend Advies, although a little expensive, the advice was well worth it.

Prompt service and a diligent approach from the Advies Admin team in what could have been a traumatic and complicated process. They helped remove the stress from the situation and were helpful and ever available to assist me whenever I had a question or query.

i used this company because although they were the most expensive in fees and require a down payment up front they seemed to have the ability to get the job done and the telephonist,s friendly.
there had been various issues over the months with delays and duplicate paperwork required it seems the various members of staff dont keep tabs on whats been done i took all this as par for the course in transferring . it came to the final transfer and it was done to company not discussed ,when questioned i was told they would move it to my choice afterwards as to get there payment from the company it had to go there first.i again had no problem with this . once they had been paid there full fee the service dips dramatically you are a piece of paperwork to be got rid of i am now left with the pension with a company i dont want it and emails basically saying its easy for you to transfer it yourself . so after paying £6000 for this service i now have to arrange this myself .would i recommend them ?not now.
