Ultrasound guided injections are more effective than unguided injections. We offer steroid injections, hyaluronic acid (Durolane), barbotage, hydrodilatation for stiff shoulders and more. Excellent service from beginning to end
Excellent service from booking the appointment through to the injection. Which included meeting Andrew, no waiting, his understanding of my injury, the ultrasound scan with a very good explanation of my injury.

I had an aspiration of a Baker cyst
I had an aspiration of a Baker cyst, which resolved the pain I was experiencing. I found the whole experience from booking the appointment to the procedure whilst at the clinic very professional.

Wish I had heard of Advanced Physio 3…
Wish I had heard of Advanced Physio 3 years ago,being in knee pain and got to the stage that I couldn't walk or even drive my car without excruciating pain.Andrew gave me a scan and administered a guided injection without any pain, bit different from NHS where they don't give anesthetic into the knee first.
Thank you Andrew it was worth travelling to Chichester.I am today able to feel pain free and can actually bend my knee without pain.

One of the best and quickest appointment l have ever made
I made the call to make an appointment and was seen within a week, the price was very reasonable, the treatment was very professional, and a great result for what l was treated for, would l go back again YES better and quicker than seeing the GP and waiting for a referral.

First visit
First visit, very clear on what they were intending to do before the ultrasound, then discussed my options and explained the procedure very clearly and made sure i was comfortable with their findings before doing the necessary injection.would recommend

Treatment of painful knee problem
Very helpful and thorough diagnosis of my left knee problem, plus speedy and positive treatment yesterday.
I am already noticing a decrease in pain only 24 hours after the treatment.
An excellent service.

I went to advanced physio solutions…
I went to advanced physio solutions suffering with a very sore knee. Paul monk was very professional and knowledgeable. My appointment lasted approximately 45 minutes ending with a steroid injection. I will know in a few days what the outcome will be however I would strongly recommend this company. Thank you
