My experience was excellent. Peter is exceptionally knowledgeable, obviously has a lot of experience with in my case a shoulder issue. Simple preliminary assessment and then the Ultrasound scan. With Peters guidance the scan showed clearly where the problem was, no short term fix, but with exercise it should fully recover. I chose to have the injection to make it more comfortable when sleeping. I hate injections but in this case i hardly noticed it. For me the experience was all positive. The advice Peter offered about ageing and the importance of keeping fit to be able to exercise
/ physically work was key. My general feeling is one of relief it was nothing more serious. Thank you Peter.

First point of contact was good and a fast response. The actual consultation was quite relaxed as I felt a little anxious. I was made to feel at ease and a thorough examination was performed which made me feel confident in any outcome. It is good to be able to go somewhere without getting caught up in NHS waiting lists.

I saw Peter Monk and found him to be very professional, a good listener and with a nice sense of humour. He recommended a steroid injection for inflammation in my thigh joint and two weeks later, I am really feeling the benefits, with less pain when walking and especially when climbing the stairs.

I was seen within two days of ringing. Had a scan and everything explained to me straight away. Very pleased with the whole experience.

APS gave my shoulder a thorough physical assessment followed by an equally thorough Ultra Sound Scan.
