The customer service in the beginning, I felt, was good. They introduced themselves professionally, and I was encouraged several times to upgrade to the premium package and purchase additional testing packages. Because I paid for the premium option, I expected a higher-quality experience and more comprehensive service.

After I sent my sample out, it took quite a while to arrive to them, but once received, they responded within one to two days with the results. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with how the results were delivered. Everything was placed in an online database, and I had already explained that I am currently homebound. Being told to simply download and print the information myself was not helpful for my situation.

I need to be able to physically see information laid out clearly in front of me, almost like a book, rather than having to continuously click through different sections online. For the amount of money I spent, I genuinely felt a printed copy of my allergy results should have been included as a courtesy.

To be completely honest, the results themselves also felt questionable to me. I left feeling unsure about the accuracy and legitimacy of what I received, and overall, I am extremely disappointed. I feel like I wasted approximately $150 for something that did not meet my expectations at all.

I would not recommend this product or service.

Thank you for your response and for ultimately issuing the refund. I do appreciate the concern and willingness to help. However, during my communication, I repeatedly asked if there was any possible way to receive a printed copy of my results due to my circumstances. Unfortunately, the response I continuously received was simply that it was “downloaded” and that I could “download it.” At no point was I made aware that there may have been another option or accommodation available. Had I known there was any possibility of remedying the situation or receiving printed results, I would not have requested a refund in the first place. Thank you again for your reply and understanding.

Although a great concept, it is poorly executed. It was cool to see my results in so many arenas, but the information descriptions and wellness report and 100% generated by AI, you can tell by the emojis and the way it "speaks". I understand that this concept covers so many different areas of information, but I would much rather have a human research and compile reasons why certain sensitivities occur, rather than trust AI to accurately research and return information. I would not recommend this test for the price I paid; I think it would be more worth it to get professional allergy tests done with my doctor. Overpriced, not worth it, and not a source of reliable information.

I loved the updates I got throughout the entire process and I’m so shocked by the results I got I only thought I was lactose intolerant and here I have so many more I had no clue about . This is amazing.

This was so easy just snip off a piece of hair and they provide the package and shipping label . Hello super easy and mail it in . Results came back super fast and easy to read and understand! This is super affordable. I have always known sometimes certain foods just didn’t sit right and I was right and was confirmed . BUT surprisingly there were foods I ate my entire life and loved them that I was extremely sensitive too ! I was shocked ! I’m off to feeling better and getting stomach back in check ! I absolutely love love that I did this . My sister had one done and I said well we’re sisters so I must have the same issues as her bc we’re sisters lol . It doesn’t work that way …. Get it done ! Worth it !

Great communication! Results align with that I have been told and how I feel when eating certain foods. This is a great way to work through what food are best for YOU. I like how they recommend for the 'Go Easy' foods, to eliminate for a period of time and monitor how you feel the next time you eat it.

Lots of great information and things I didnt know to watch for. I would recommend it.

The test was easy peasy to take and the instructions were very clear. I got the results back in less than a week and they were pretty spot on. The foods that I knew were a no no were on the avoid list, so I knew the rest of the test was pretty accurate. This has given me a very very very good baseline to what I can eat and what I should avoid. When in doubt test. I am going to get my husband and daughter tested.

When I got my results I was surprised by some things and something’s just made sense. It’s funny because some of the stuff I should absolutely stay away from I don’t like.Do I not like them cause they mess with me? I was hoping for more info about sugar. Sugar really messes with my body for some reason.

So far so good I have not had the chance to cut food out and try yet but the experience was good

Thank you to Advance food intolerance. I got my report and it told me why certain foods hurt my stomach. And why i should avoid meats like sausage(pork) or plantain. This guide will help me a lot.

I am allergic to mangos yet scored 0 for them and they are in the green. I am not asking you to diagnose my allergies nor even detect them! Eating mangos affects my body a lot but your test says it’s perfectly fine for me! I would like to see a video on how actually these test are done because I call bs on this scheme.

I love how much it tests for. Knowledge is power and I feel powerful!

As someone who loves food and values my health, and always has questions about every little thing that happens with my body - I can’t even begin to express my gratitude for these test results! I found out I have a very specific strain of candida, so now I can treat it very specifically. I found out I have intolerance to certain dairy animals but not others. I’m looking forward to optimizing my quality of life through eliminating the items in red and maximize the items in green! I believe it will make a huge difference.

This has really open my eyes to what my gut issues are I would recommend this to anyone

This was a great test to take. Easy and not that expensive. The quick response and being able to read the results right away was very professional and helpful. The test results confirmed some of my questions and gave me clues to watch out for. Worth it! 😊

The experience was very nice, but I question the validity of the information given. And the AI generated information pages? Does not help my reasoning!
