I'm giving 4 out of 5 stars because I am a skeptical. I need to cut out those in red to see if I feel a difference before I am able to agree to its effectiveness. I am excited though.

Was so impressed and surprised with the results of this test. Foods that are healthy and that I eat regularly are foods I should stay away from. I’m hopeful that with changing my diet based on these results I will lose some weight. I’ve ordered some for my family to see what nutrients they are deficient of and how the things we eat affect them as well. Can’t wait to see their results too!

Results were insightful and validating
The turnaround for my results was super fast and easy to digest (pun intended). I appreciate the indepth explanations for why certain foods/drinks/environmental exposures could be causing harm. I also appreciate the action plan and its suggestions. It's been so insightful to know what doesn't jive well with my body and what nutrients I need to nourish my body better. I was unsure what to do for my husband…
I was unsure what to do for my husband as everything seems to upset his belly or make him sick. Within one week of sending in my husbands hair sample, i was emailed with the results. WOW was I amazed. He should avoid half of the foods he is eating. We never would have known that the simple things he loves is what is destroying his belly every day. Thank you for this product.

Would absolutely recommend to others
I was skeptical at first when my mom and I both ordered the test, but after receiving the results I am excited. I have eczema, psoriasis, and some gut health issues. The items listed in the results that I needed to avoid were a few I already expected to see and there were some I was surprised to see. I am going to take their recommendations and see how I feel in the next few weeks. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who feels off or has issues that the doctor cannot explain.
