All good - loving the powders. Wish I’d ordered the greens - thought I had but must have ordered hibiscus powder instead.
Loving the cacao and baobab - have yet to try hibiscus. The cleanse tea is also very nice.
Good service with delivery as well. First class. Good to navigate website .

Good Guts!
I purchased the Good Gut. Speedy delivery and now “regular” user! Very flexible, can use in smoothies, green juices, oats and seed porridges. No doubt other things too! Love it. All adds to a sense of a good healthy diet. Have just purchased more from range. Unlike some nutritional products, it’s simple to build into your breakfast routine. Nice company, good product.

I already had and was impressed by one of the superfood powders but am now obsessed with ‘Radiance’ organic superfood blend. I’m on my second purchase and will continue to buy it.
I look really healthy and my skin looks amazing- I’m not one to wear makeup so this is important to me.

Thank you Colleen - glad you found us! Hibiscus is such a vibrant, tangy classic. Delicious as a hot drink or (with the current heatwave!) iced on its own - try a squeeze of fresh lemon or a drizzle of honey for a citrusy or mellow twist. It’s also amazing blended into smoothies or even a spritz with sparkling water. Many of our customers add it into yoghurt with honey, syrup or agave. Check out our recipes on our website or Instagram for some inspiration if you do get stuck!

Have used the new packaged gut supplement. Nice container, good air tight. So easy to use, clear instructions and tastes great. Full of healthy ingredients for the day. Have tried in milk and yoghurt. Great delivery, well packaged and quick delivery. Can recommend these products and the company.

Really noticing the results!
Recently bought Aduna Baobab and Hibiscus powders for the first time. I decided to buy both because I thought they would give me the best coverage. I have been taking both morning and evening, either mixed with apple juice or mixed in with fruit and Greek yoghurt. I really enjoy the taste of both. I can cautiously say I think the Baobab powder is helping with a digestive problem I have. One of the benefits suggested by Hibiscus powder was the ability to lower high blood pressure. I have only been taking it for a short time but am absolutely stunned to see a drop in my blood pressure! I have been on two BP medications for over a year which have improved my readings to an extent but I have been a little disappointed in the redults. By contrast I am seeing a noticeable drop in my BP after only a week or so of taking Hibiscus powder. It's nothing short of a miracle!
Very pleased with both products.

Love the Superfood Blends!
I've been through more or less the whole catalogue of Aduna Superfood Blends this year and loved each one. Great taste, gives me plenty of energy and mental clarity. Also a massive time saver as I don't have to make up my own smoothies in the morning, it's already done. Re-upping the range, highly recommended!

No more post lunch crash!
I used to crash after lunch and reach for another coffee, until I found Aduna's Energy Blend. Now I just add 2 teaspoons to my morning smoothie and i'm set for the day! Natural energy, better focus and zero caffeine jitters. This stuff really works!

Tasty and zesty
I’m impressed with the Aduna energy powder. It’s got a lovely zesty taste to it and can be used in almost anything. It’s a bit gritty in simple water so dress it up a little and make sure you shake it properly. I have used it for an energy pick me up and it does work, but it out the awful crash a coffee would give. I’m definitely going to try more of the range now.

Hi Lyndsey, it's great to hear that our Energy Blend has been giving you the boost you need.
Although it can be mixed directly with water, as we use 100% natural wholefoods and ingredients like flaxseeds, they don’t dissolve in water and can create that slightly gritty texture.
For a smoother experience, we recommend blending the powders into smoothies, or yoghurt. Alternatively, you could try adding them to recipes like energy balls or porridge/overnight oats for an easy, delicious way to incorporate the benefits without the texture issue.
