I’ve never been one for superfoods but after trying Aduna, im converted. I am obsessed with their Super Cacao, it tastes exactly like a normal hot chocolate when you mix is with oat milk and makes porridge delicious. Also love their superfood blends. Deffo worth a try!

My favourite tried and tested brand
I have been a customer of Aduna for over 10 years and I absolutely love this brand, the quality of their products is second to none, the Relax cacao tea is my favourite herbal tea (like healthy chai infused hot chocolate!) and I swear by their baobab powder (I have it on my yoghurt or in a smoothie) to stop me getting ill as a primary school teacher. An amazing brand with the added bonus of genuine positive social impact. 10/10

Received Burofax from customs with 1 day to act. Cannot register online as says already exist. Tried with two different emails i use but nothing happens. I have never registered before so do not know what to do now. Cannot get packet from customs.

They never shipped the product.
They never shipped the product Or they're totally incompetent. other poor reviews mentioned shipping. They get the 2 star because they gave me my refund after not recieving my product for 2 weeks. The post office never scanned the item into the system. Also they're based in the UK and I live in the UK, so if they can't even do that correctly then good luck with shipping international. I won't be attempting to use them again, black forest supplements does a better product of cacao.. it just costs slightly more

There was an isolated issue with Royal Mail on the date your order was dispatched, and we’ve since investigated it thoroughly with our procurement team at the warehouse. Unfortunately, your order amongst others was not received - we totally understand your frustration as were we when we made aware!
This absolutely isn’t the standard we hold ourselves to. We’ve taken extra steps internally to make sure issues like this are flagged and resolved faster in future.

So 1st order of 3 cocoa went smoothly.
Then i asked about as the " free shipping" they were advertising on the site as I live in Australia, only to be told that is only local, which they adjusted on the site after my request.
So i thought better i order 4 as the delivery time was nearly 3 weeks, and the shipping doubled from 20 pound to 40! So obviously I reduced back to 3 packets.
Now it is 18/10/25 and i am still waiting for my order that was placed and paid for on the 26/9/25!
After calling and questioning where my order is i am still in the dark!

Beyond Satisfied!
Beyond Satisfied. I am thrilled to have found Aduna. I started using the mix for digestion and the mix for energy just over a month ago. I am 58, in menopause since 2012 after having an emergency hysterectomy. Because of that my gynaecologist put me straight on HRT to spare me menopause symptoms. However my only symptoms were hot flushes, tiredness and brain fog. I didn't feel being on HRT this many years was good for my health, so I asked my doctor if there was anything I could take to help with my symptoms that didn't put me at risk of cancer like the hrt was doing. She said yes lions mane, moringa and Irish moss have proven to be helpful. Well I went from her office straight into Holland & Barrett and that's where I found these two bags by Aduna. 5-6 weeks later I am feeling better than I have in years. My brain fog, fatigue and hot flushes are gone and haven't needed the HRT. I am so thankful I found these two products. Thank you Aduna! Keep making awesome blends like this and you have a customer for life. 🥰

Hi Andre, we’re really sorry to hear that your order hasn’t reached you yet. We’ve checked your tracking information and the latest update (on 29th September) shows that it has been received into customs in Portugal, where it is currently awaiting clearance.
Unfortunately, customs processing can sometimes cause unexpected delays that are outside of our control. That said, we completely understand how frustrating this is, and we’re closely monitoring your shipment to ensure it continues to move forward.

It was a great delivery and I am always pleased to receive my Aduna Baobab tins. I love sprinkling some of the ingredients on my cereal breakfast every morning.

Unfortunately, customs fees are outside our control, though we completely understand how frustrating they can be. Could you confirm if this was the case?
