Decided to have the house clad after years of recurring problems with the rendering.
ADS by their own admission are not the cheapest but so too aren’t the most expensive - believe me when I say we tried a lot and with some - the word cowboy doesn’t even come close !!!
We were attracted to ADS from the start by the warm , enthusiastic and totally professional service , from initially walking into their showroom to work completion .
The people at this local independent company are outstanding and the work is second to none - highly recommended and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again .

Polite knowledgable fitter from ADS turned up on time on both occasions and fitted new glass with minimum of fuss.
Excellent quality workmanship.

New front door fitted, fantastic service from start to end. Far better than dealing with a national faceless firm. Highly recommended.

Great professional service from start to finish.
Requirements given, advice and options received as to what type of glazing for windows and door would be suitable.
Windows installed by experienced and curious fitters. All arisings cleared resulting in a clean and neat installation with no damage to either inside decoration or outside masonry.
Post installation visit to confirm acceptance and satisfaction.
Would highly recommend this company.

Really amazing experience with this company. From the start Mark was totally efficient and helped us at every stage. The fitters were extremely professional and polite… the end product is fantastic… would suggest to anyone wanting doors or windows fitted to look no where else!
Thank you 😊

Everyone was polite, friendly, professional. Great job. They understood my needs. Now had all windows and doors replaced by this company. Happy to recommend.

ADS Windows & Doors were professional from the start of my contact with them. They were courteous, quick to respond to queries. Swift in viewing the work that needed to be completed and swift in providing a quote. Clear, precise information provided from them.

Work completed within the given time frame. The people fitting the doors were polite, courteous, efficient, professional and quick.

Very impressed with this company from start to finish. Would use them again when required.

My wife and myself would like to bring to your attention the excellent service we received from Paul who fitted our composite front door last Friday.

What an excellent ambassador Paul is for ADS. Bright, cheerful, professional and polite are just some of the qualities this man possess. Paul was very engaging through the whole process of removing the faulty door and installing the new one. Ensuring everything was to our satisfaction and displaying excellent attention to detail. Paul really went above and beyond during his time at our address. Even more incredible was that he was a 'lone worker' and applied himself accordanly... and displayed due diligence, observing safety protocols and not taking any risks with the product or himself.

Please pass on our gratitude to Paul and if in the future we require further home improvements we would defiantly consider ADS and Paul as our chosen fitter.

Kind Regards

Julie & Andrew Newby

This year we have used ADS Windows & Doors to replace the privacy glass in our bathroom as well as supply and fit new patio doors. On both occasions, from the quoting process to the final installation we have found them a very reliable and professional company to deal with. Staff are always polite and the quotes competitive. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend. A+

This company did an excellent job in replacing all told over 20 windows and doors in our property. We found their pricing very competitive. Just as important their staff were very professional, extremely polite and helpful, did a brilliant job and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. No complaints at all, well done lads!

ADS is a friendly and professional locally based firm and competitive pricing for my patio doors. All staff and services were excellent from initial quote through clean and efficient installation and a follow-up visit. A refreshing change from my previous experience of double glazing sales companies!

ADS is a really professional company - we have just had a patio window installed and have been so impressed with everything about the experience - fitting was just excellent and we didn’t have to clear up or redecorate at all. The job was done on time and everything was just perfect - thank-you Mark and the team!

The service provided from the quote to finish was excellent. The team were polite and friendly and the fitters were punctual and also ensured there was no mess on completion. The service provided was outstanding and I would not hesitate to use this local company again and I would thoroughly recommend them, thank you

ADS Commercial were very helpful, even though it was a small job for them. The work was carried out very quickly from start to finish. Emily in the office was very accommodating and the guys on site very professional. All good. Keep up the good work. Recommended.

Fantastic customer service, kept us up to date with timings and start dates etc. The guys were polite, professional, on time each day and told us exactly how the job was going at each stage.
The scafffold company that they used on this ocasion were superb, getting the scaffold up in two days and taking it down in a matter of hours without it staying up for days after completion. All in all, great company and great customer service. Even a completion visit from them to ensure that the work was done to our satidfaction. Great job - great company.

Right from the outset my partner and I knew that this was the company to use. We wanted our gable end cladded, and also the rear of the house.. I enquired and a friendly face (Max) came bang on time to size up the job. His experience and proffesionalism shone through, and put me and my partner at ease, there was no pushiness on his behalf..... far from it in fact, he said if we were interested to visit the showroom in Ivybridge and look at some of the Cladding colours.
At the showroom we were met by some lovely staff, all seemed so happy in their work, Emily made us a lovely cuppa and we decided on colours and a time frame for the work to be carried out. Emily kept us posted regarding any issues and Max popped by to make sure that we were happy with the plan.
Once work started the fitting team were so proffesional. Andy and his team were so lovely, always on time and very rarely stopping to take breaks, they kept us briefed on what was to be achieved daily.
The cladding, the Guttering, the Fascias, and Soffits all had been replaced. The result is specatacular, we are so happy
The day after completion Roger turned up with some Chocolates and an aftercare box, which was a lovely touch.
All in all the whole team at ADS have been amazing and cannot thank them enough.
Regards. Paul and Leanne

Recently had 7 new double glazed upvc windows and new front door installed in our home.

So impressed with this company from start to finish.

Sales team very knowledgeable and gave plenty of time to select options, even accommodating our change of mind!

Great communication from Emily, keeping us updated re fitting date and time etc.

Installers came exactly on the date and time as agreed and were clean and tidy, THANK YOU ALL

Windows look fantastic and very neat. I had always been cautious about changing windows as many years ago in an old house, most rooms needed redecorating following the installation. NOT IN THIS CASE.

Follow up visit from Roger was a nice touch too. As soon as we mentioned something that was not as we had thought about the door, Roger very quickly came up with a solution.

Which he then returned and implemented for us.

Everyone we have dealt with from this company have been truly professional and a genuine pleasure to have in our home

Would happily recommend them to anyone

Recently had 6 new double glazed upvc windows installed in our South Hams home.

Very happy from start to finish. Sales person, Mark, visited and was helpful, not pushy.

Had to wait a bit longer than expected for the windows (thanks for all the updates Emily) but once they were ready the installation was very smooth. Installers came exactly on the date and time as agreed and were clean and tidy, thanks Mark and Jack. Windows look fantastic and very neat. Follow up visit from Roger was a nice touch too.

Happy to reccomend ADS and use them again. Thank you!

ADS fitted an external rear door to our property, the customer service throughout was excellent. The fitters were skilled, efficient and clean with some minor issues rectified at the earliest opportunity. Would definitely recommend to friends/family and have back again for any future work!!!
