Had four windows and two doors fitted by ADS. From the moment the fitters (Mark and Matt) arrived, they just got on with the job, real professionals. Completed the job within two days and left everything spic and span. They are a real credit to ADS. Also, thanks to Emily for her friendly organisation and administrative skills. Would definitely recommend to others.

Had a new lounge window fitted by ADS. Excellent communication all the way. Fitting was brilliant and the fitters were very clean and tidy.
Very pleased with the end result.

ADS. Superb, measured, surveyed and fitted by Ben so easy. So quick and very good comms by Emily FALL. Thanks ADS.

Five double-glazed units and a back door replaced. Ben, the fitter, was efficient, friendly and left the areas very clean. Great job.

I have been really disappointed with the quality of the windows & doors that have been installed in my property near Plymouth. I have contacted ADS & have sent images of the corrosion / rust that is coming through & have asked them to address the issues - but they have not come to rectify matters.
I can only think they don’t care ..I have given them over 6 months to sort this matter, & I informed Howard Lane that if they did not try to help I would take to social media.
It’s a shame, the doors / windows are good but I can only think the wrong product was specified in the climate ..this is their expertise & I feel let down .

Having found myself in the quandary of having a south facing conservatory that I couldn't use for 6 months as it got too hot I contacted the company as I was acquainted with them.. As a pensioner living alone it was important that I could feel at ease with the fitter. He arrived as agreed and within three hours, my conservatory had new windows which should reduce the heat. Looking forward to being able to look out on to the garden without being grilled.

Very impressed with both the service and products we received. We had new patio doors installed in January.
ADS came and measured up and talked us through our options. Within weeks the doors were fitted, the old ones taken away for disposal and any mess was cleared up completely.
We noticed a difference having the new doors straight away and were so happy with everything we decided to have the rest of the windows and doors changed too.
This was no easy job on a 4 storey house, but ADS arranged everything, including arranging for scaffolding to be set up prior to their arrival.
Everything was installed and finished off within a couple of days.
We are completely happy with how everything went and they fully deserve 5 stars 🌟

Brilliant service from start to finish. The windows are amazing quality and the installation was seamless. The fitters were so tidy and professional during the two days they were here. Would definitely use them again.

On time, efficient and left no mess - and nice windows 😃

Came on time , job done , all ok
Windows all good 👍 would recommend to others

We had three windows fitted and I cannot be more impressed how they have installed them. All windows are prefessionally finished and look amazing. We even had a slightly tricky window in our loft conversion which had previously been a botch job and was recessed into the wall. Luckily the guys that came made a great job of it and it looks amazing! We will certainly be getting our next set of windows done by ADS when we can budget for it!

Excellent service from beginning to end. Friendly staff, quick and efficient, new window is perfect. Would recommend.

Had two window locks and handles replace by Paul who arrived on time was very efficient, friendly and very tidy.
Would throughly recommend ADS!

Superb quality doors and windows and excellent service. Thanks guys.

What is this Company doing well, one word EVERYTHING, I'm so happy I decided to use this company my first was BiFold doors, they really do a fantastic job I could not find a fault anywhere, now they have just put in for me 3 internal metal-glass doors, the workmanship is first class, the guy's doing the work did not even stop for a cup of tea, The Best at ADS, no they really are the best.

Following the recent experience with the company for the installation of a replacement door. I would have no hesitation in recommending ADS to friends and family and enable them to benefit from a company which consists of a helpful and courteous team. Which is providing a professional service from start to finish, completing the work on time and within the price quoted.

Window replaced, new panes fitted to existing windows, and a new front door from Endurance supplied and fitted---so the whole range of supply & fit has been experienced. Excellent survey to avoid any surprises, sensible pricing, and sound administration of the contract. Above all all was done at fixed times that were kept, and quality workmanship.

Selecting and ordering our window was very easy with helpful, knowledgeable staff. The installation was on time and completed with professionalism and a keen eye for detail by Adam. A slightly damaged small component was spotted by Adam and quickly replaced 2 days later. A very satisfying experience from end to end and a beautiful product.

The whole process was excellent from start to finish. The person that came to price for the windows was very helpful and gave good advice on how to keep the price down. The price was very competitive. The surveyor was thorough, excellent at his job and gave further advice. I made some modifications and they kept the original price for me. The fitters were just exceptional. We have bought the house of horrors but the fitters worked tirelessly to give us a first class result. They were polite friendly and amazing tradesmen. We picked ADS because we had a similar experience with a newly fitted door a few years back. We have had some truly awful experiences with window companies on two previous occasions. So we know how bad it can be. We can't rate ADS and the entire team highly enough. Huge thanks to all concerned.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The door installation went smoothly and the Endurance Golden Oak composite front door looks fantastic.
Thank you all involved at ADS. No hesitation in recommending to others.
