Budget wird einfach erhöht, obwohl diese Möglichkeit wahrscheinlich nur im Kleingedruckten beschrieben wird. Gutes Produkt, obwohl kostenlos angeboten, kaum gekauft. Zahlen passen nicht zum Ergebnis. Obwohl Landingpageaufrufe, Profilaufrufe mit Link in Bio, Likes und Speicherung in Favoriten vielversprechend sind, zeigen die Ergebnisse, dass hier irgendetwas nicht stimmt. Ich habe es mehrfach ausprobiert und bin immer enttäuscht worden. Kosten/ Nutzen = 100/0 immer! Das kann doch nicht sein! Fühle mich abgezockt! Keine Empfehlung!

My experience with TikTok Ads customer support has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I had a clear issue with an advertising coupon where only a small portion of my spend was counted, even though all spending was on one single campaign, one ad group, and one objective with no changes at all.
I opened multiple support tickets, and every response I received was generic, repetitive, and unrelated to my actual problem, which clearly shows that my case was not being properly reviewed. After a long back-and-forth that wasted a lot of time without any real solution, I requested to escalate the issue and speak with a manager.
Instead of resolving the problem or escalating it, the support agent closed the ticket without any response, which is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional.
This experience seriously damaged my trust in TikTok Ads as an advertising platform. Customer support is ineffective, unhelpful, and does not take advertiser issues seriously

Unresolved TikTok Ads Refund Case For More Than $400
I am writing this to describe how TikTok Ads has handled my account and refund request in the worst possible way.
I joined their platform and started a Smart Plus campaign under the refund guarantee offer. The rule was simple. If I spent $100 per day and there were no conversions within 3 days, the ad spend would be refunded. I followed everything exactly as written. The campaign ran for the required period without edits, without changes, with a valid Shopify pixel, spent $327, and ended with zero conversions, zero adds to cart, zero checkouts, and zero purchases.
When I asked for the refund that TikTok promised, support falsely claimed that I had edited the campaign or did not meet the duration requirement. Both statements were untrue. I never changed anything, and I even provided screenshots from TikTok’s own Help Center confirming that the duration requirement shown to me was three days, not seven as they later claimed. It was clear that TikTok had changed the rules after my campaign ended to avoid paying the refund.
After weeks of back and forth, TikTok support finally admitted I was right and confirmed that the refund had been approved in the form of ad credits worth $327. They said the credits were already applied to my account. I trusted their written confirmation and started a new campaign using that balance. To my surprise, TikTok charged my payment card again for $70 while the credits remained untouched. This was unauthorized billing after a confirmed refund.
It did not stop there. Even after I paused all campaigns and opened a new ticket to fix this issue, TikTok issued another charge of $15.46 despite my account being inactive. I had completely stopped advertising, yet they continued to take money.
At that point my total loss was more than $400. I sent multiple messages asking for a refund to my original payment source and an explanation for the unauthorized charges. I attached invoices, screenshots, and detailed evidence. They ignored everything. My last message was sent on October 23, and as of November 6 there has been no reply. Not even an acknowledgment.
Their support is deliberately avoiding and deflecting responsibility. They take money, deny what is written in their own guarantee, give false confirmations, and then go silent. The worst part is that they continue to charge even when ads are stopped and a dispute is open.
I have worked with Meta, Google, and other major platforms for years and have never experienced anything close to this level of incompetence and dishonesty. TikTok’s support system is broken, their refund guarantees are meaningless, and their billing practices are not trustworthy.
If TikTok wants to be taken seriously as an advertising platform, they should start by respecting their own written promises and responding to advertisers who are treated unfairly. Ignoring paying clients while continuing to charge them is unacceptable and unethical.

I opened a brand new TikTok Ads Manager account. Completely clean. Verified business. Legal website. Real company. Zero ads launched. No payment issues. No violations. And yet… you suspended my account permanently before I even spent a single sen.
What kind of platform bans a verified business BEFORE it even starts? You didn’t give a warning. You didn’t show which policy was violated. You just sent the same recycled trash template every other desperate advertiser receives:
“Your account violated our advertising policies.”
Which one?!
How? When? Where? What proof? What human looked at this?
Oh right — none. Because everything is automated. And your “support team” is just a bunch of copy-paste machines with zero brain cells.
I appealed. Again and again. Every time, I got the same robotic response that felt like being spat on. No explanation. No proper review. No second chance. TikTok Ads has zero respect for small advertisers, zero logic in its enforcement system, and clearly zero understanding of how to build a healthy ad ecosystem.
Let me tell you what TikTok Ads really is — it’s not an ad platform. It’s a black hole disguised as a business tool. It’s a place where small brands go to die. A trap. A fraud machine. A soulless, automated, one-way ticket to digital hell.
Meanwhile, you allow fake crypto gurus, illegal health claims, and scammy dropship stores to run freely. They break every rule. They deceive users. And yet somehow… they’re still running ads.
But I, a real verified business, get kicked out without touching the launch button?
This is not just incompetence. This is systemic abuse. You are destroying trust. You are destroying businesses. You are causing emotional and financial damage to real people trying to grow.
TikTok Ads feels like it’s run by a bunch of interns who read policies off a Google Doc they barely understand. There is zero transparency, zero accountability, zero professionalism. You’re happy to take business info, billing data, personal verification — then press delete on someone’s entire plan without a second thought.
To say I’m disappointed would be a gross understatement. I’m disgusted. Furious. Heartbroken. Because I came with good intentions. I wanted to build something. And you crushed it without blinking.
I have never — in my entire digital marketing career — seen a platform this hostile, this broken, this disgraceful. Google? Miles better. Meta? At least they respond. YouTube? Still decent. TikTok Ads? An emotional rollercoaster from hell with no brakes.
And to the people behind this platform — yes, I mean you, dear product team, moderation team, and every single person who approved this lazy excuse for a support system — this is your legacy. You’re building a machine that punishes honesty, rewards scams, and treats genuine advertisers like garbage.
You may hide behind bots, policies, and automated messages. But your reputation? It’s rotting. And people are starting to talk. More and more advertisers are leaving, and you’re too blind or arrogant to notice.
If you don’t fix this system, your platform will eventually implode under the weight of your own ignorance and disrespect for the very users that fund your revenue.
Until then, I’ll keep telling every entrepreneur, every brand owner, every marketer: STAY AWAY from TikTok Ads. It’s a broken joke. A trap. A disaster.

Touts vas bien mais ya toujours qqch qui vas pas avec le link avec mon site shopify. Pourquoi juste pas mettre le lien du site. Ca serait 10000000000 fois plus simple mais non il faut installer l'app tiktok sur son site shopify, je fait tout, l'action mais toujours rien. La ca fait genre plus de 2h, ca bug, j'arrive pas. Je fais ce qu'on demande, en gros une action sur mon site. (ici je veux juste que les gens s'abonne a la waitlist) mais toujours rien. Et quand je le fait, ca détecte rien. Donc changer moi se système pour un truc normle sérieux. Tu mets juste l'url du site quel but et la normal quoi. Pas de installer l'app sur ton site etc qui sert strictement a rien.

Tik Tok Ads Manager ist unfassbar inkompetent und dämlich. der Kundenservice liest meine Nachrichten nicht richtig. Die Aktualisierung auf der Website funktioniert nicht. Erst steht die Anzeige auf "wird überprüft", dann bekomme ich eine Nachricht auf TikTok dass das Video was ich beworben wollte gegen die Community Guidelines verstößt und deshalb gesperrt wird. GENAU AUS DIESEM GRUND um nicht unnötig Geld auszugeben für ein Video das ohnehin nicht gezeigt wird habe ich das AD auf "pausieren" gestellt- und der vollkommen unfähige Kundenservice schreibt mir dass dass das (gesperrte) Video beworben wurde bis ich es pausiert habe. Selbst wenn ich dadurch auf einen potenziell großen Markt verzichte werde ich nie wieder auch nur einen Cent ausgeben. Alles an diesem "Service" ist inkompetent.
