My first deal with them and my AE made the difference right from the start. Serena Diaco was stellar in her communication, knowledge, and follow up. She helped me save the day. Operations from UW to Closer was also super communicative, and on top of all that needed to be done. I can tell A&D is operating at an efficient level. Very pleased!

Challanging FHA file
The loan was a little challanging and my rep Serena Diaco was always in the trenches with me making sure everything went smooth and she is always very responsive. If I had to rate Serena from a 1 being lowest to 10 being highest I give her a 10+
