AD Locksmithing Anmeldelser

Super helpful over the phone, trying to give me a fix before coming out. Lock couldn’t be fixed by me so came out within 20 minutes and immediately figured out the issue and replaced the lock.
Super clear invoicing and guarantee policy too, and great customer service.

Thanks so much!

Called him and he was out 1.5 hours later at my request. Fast, no mess and efficient. Highly recommended

I locked myself out of my car and Antony arrived within 10 minutes and saved the day… I highly recommend

Called Anthony on New Years Eve & he was at my property within 20mins. He was polite, efficient & he provided non destructive entry without any problems. I fully recommend Anthony for any lock/door entry issues.

Called AD Locksmithing at midnight for a snapped key inside of a lock. Within 10 minutes he was at the property, and less than 5 minutes later we were back inside, with no damage to the lock. Absolutely outstanding service and so quick. Thanks again!

Amazing service, response was very fast and the door was opened in a few minutes with no damage at all. I would definitely recommend AD locksmithing

All sorted in 20 mins from callout to access to the property. Absolute diamond, would 100% use again. Cheers 😁

Super fast callout when I locked myself out of my flat late at night. Very open upfront about the cost and how long before he could arrive, very friendly and reassuring.

Sorted out my lock quickly and efficiently. Would recommend and use again.

Anthony arrived at my property in Newcastle within half an hour of being called out of hours from his base in Gateshead, and worked tirelessly to help get me back into my property despite facing a very difficult lock. He kept in touch with me on the way which was very reassuring. I was very pleased with his competitive prices. I would strongly recommend Anthony to anyone who needs a locksmith.

I was recommended to use your service from a friend. Within the same say you took on the job, kept me up to date through out. Very helpful, informative, reliable and an excellent customer service! Great value for money! Will be recommending to everyone I know! Thank you again!

Anthony arrived in double quick time. Opened the dodgy UPVC door and then refitted the faulty lock parts. All completed with no fuss and supplied with a guarantee for the works and new parts. Simples.

Arrived promptly and finished the job whilst explaing everything he was doing. Very professional and polite .... and a lovely bloke. Would recommend to anyone .... brilliant service

Courteous and efficient service. New house and garage lock needed replacing, contacted at 8am done by 11am. Will call again if I need a locksmith and would recommend highly

Really understanding and nice. Had been locked out of my flat due to a jammed locked and he fixed it quickly. It was a very late call around 2am ish but he was still understanding and helped me get back into my flat as soon as possible. Communication was amazing and I understood everything that was happening. I would defo recommend him for any emergency situations

Anthony came out at short notice when our daughter’s purse was stolen with her key and driving license and replaced our lock. He is very reasonably priced and was extremely helpful.

In common with other reviews I found Anthony to be utterly reliable, to turn up on time, and to (very importantly) let me know what was happening - he was a perfect example of what we would like/expect tradespeople to be.
This was not an emergency job, more one of changing over different types of locks over different days for security purposes, but he exceeded expectations in communicating what was expected to happen, and when!
The job well done, plus polite, punctual, keen to clear up any small wood shavings, combined with a very fair price, I totally recommend him to anyone out there searching the lists of locksmiths.

What a legend this man is ! We needed to get into a family members house who had a fall . Within minutes of calling Anthony he rearranged his schedule to get to us (family member was injured and lying on the floor) . Within 30 minutes if my initial call he had got to us and got the lock opened . No damage at all to the door . Can’t thank you enough Anthony and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone .

We were recommended Anthony and he exceeded our expectations of a locksmith. He answered the phone first time, said he would help immediately- was fast and efficient at coming out! Anthony is very reliable, friendly and knowledgeable about his business.

Thank you Anthony for coming out and helping us!

Exceptional work by Anthony. My front door lock broke at 22:30. He came out within ten minutes and also repaired my kitchen window lock while he was here - both at a very reasonable price. Thanks Anthony!
