Excellent Customer Service
The team at Adios have excellent customer service. I have a every 2 month subscription and messaged them to see if I could receive it 1 week before it was due since I was running low. It was dispatched same day and unbeknown to me upgraded to 1st class post to ensure we didn't run out!
The price of the bags are a little more than average however you certainly get the feel good factor of having no plastic and great quality.

Would recommend
Finally tried a bag this afternoon and yes I would certainly recommend them. Good texture & strength. Bag easy to open. Brilliant that they decompose in 3-6 months. I only buy compostable bags so it’s great to have more on the market and more choice.

Composting our way to a better earth - who needs plastic dog poop bags when you can have Adios Plastic! Lovely colours and with two dogs who like to poop a lot these are great for the green bin.

Does the job
Finally, a bag that isn’t plastic. The handle version can split if not handled carefully but well worth the effort. The roll version seems easier.

Good, could be great.
If I've ever had a query, there has always been a quick response which is appreciated.
The bags are generally good quality. Seems to be the occasional batch issue where they split and break just by looking at them, but normally they are fine. Even with these issues I will still use them knowing they are not doing any harm to the environment.
I've had a few order issues, but these have always been rectified.

Brilliant company! Communication is absolutely amazing! These are genuinely the only biodegradable/compostable poo bags I have found even though others claim to be! Thank you from a loyal customer!

These poo bags are the best I have…
These poo bags are the best I have used, especially as they are made from corn starch so biodegradable. The only reason they didn't get a five star was because I was sure I ordered pink and I received grey. However I am just happy to be able to keep using them.
Their service and help for problems is second to none.
