Addison Ross Anmeldelser

I love Addison Ross' bright colours and witty designs. It's a great company, so much so that I gave all my clients the salt and pepper grinders this year for Christmas and they all loved the bold bobbin shape. Very efficient delivery and beautifully packed. Thank you! Emma

Easy to find and easy to order

My frame was broken in shipment, but Addison Ross quickly resolved the issue and sent a new frame in the post. Great customer service.

Absolutely Beautiful photo frame, sturdy and exceptionally well made. Would have no hesitation in buying again

Purchased a set of four navy table mats and a set of four matching coasters, both items were extremely well packaged and each had their own dust jacket to protect from scratches. Absolutely delighted with the quality and finish of the lacquer, and they look wonderful on the table.

I cannot recommend Addison Ross more ,not only do they have lovely products to buy but they are the nicest company to deal with, nothing is too much trouble and the customer service goes above and beyond to help you. They delivered so promptly too - I honestly could not fault them. If only every company was as nice to deal with. Just have to mention too how helpful Cath was! Thank you Addison Ross.

I love my photo frame
Arrived the next day after ordering it
Fantastic service

Prompt professional and the item was beautiful and if a very high standard

Beautiful design and beautiful gloss and the grind on them is good.

I was hugely impressed with the service and the quality of the goods! Would certainly use them again

Arrived late for a special occasion! The website advertised as next day, that option was not available at checkout so had to select 3-4 days and even then arrived on the 5/6th day! Add insult to injury, I had to go collect the item despite being at home all day. Their contact number also does not work!

Would never have ordered and I have known this before hand!

Beautiful products and great customer service!!

Delightful little bedside clock. Arrived as informed, well packaged.

Fabulous customer service after a small problem was sorted with a very generous & grateful solution
Thank you & would not hesitate to shop with you again
Great quality products

Lovely product. No hassle ordering or delivery.

The frame was good value for money and the best packaged glass object I have ever bought for delivery by courier or post ......well done. I will be back gain soon!

I was very impressed by the choice on the website and the service to get them packaged (very nicely) and delivered all before Christmas. My only observation was that there was an offer on (buy 4 pay for 3) but it was not clear how to apply (or what code to use) to obtain the discount at the check out stage. I did find a code by searching the internet and that feedback has been given to Addison Ross. Overall though, excellent.

All as hoped for! X
Yes the free photo was brilliant and looked wonderful. Thanks! Diolch! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

I ordered 2 photo frames as an engagement gift. The free photographs were a lovely touch and the frames are fantastic quality and came beautifully boxed.

A placemat in my first order was faulty and was promptly replaced, so good customer service there.
However there was no photo with the frame in my second order and no response to my emails.
Otherwise these are lovely products.
