Addison Ross Anmeldelser

I contacted Addison Ross several months after having received a gift of salt and pepper grinders which I loved, but unfortunately did not work.

The service I received reminded of another time. That is, true customer service. Prompt, friendly, helpful, no questions asked. I had my replacement grinders in a matter of days (I'm in Australia). Fantastic service. Thank you so much. Really sets you apart.

Nice product but charging for wrapping the item with a bow only, is just not right

I bought a large striped ottoman tray, for my lounge, it was delivered promptly and the tray was absolutely top quality craftsmanship. The colours tone beautifully. Practical yet a beautiful addition that sets off the whole room - it was perfect.

Really speedy receipt of my new photo frame. Very pleased with the quality and it was very nicely packaged!

Super quick delivery, great contact with the seller(customer service). Frames very nice and great quality.

I am having to pay $633 HKD for a return to the factory. I would like these returned but the shipping cost is crazy to be through the purchaser. That is the first I have ever heard of this.

Fabulous salt and Pepper grinders. The colours are so lovely and really look great on our kitchen surface. Just what we wanted. Brilliant service and delivery.

I have purchased a few enamel frames now and the service is excellent the frames are lovely quality - they make fabulous gifts

Quality product, a little pricey but you get what you pay for! Super fast delivery and good communication. Would recommend and I’d definitely use again.

Addison Ross has a lovely range of well made homeware. I loved the colours of the tall salt/pepper grinder AND it arrived at the speed of light!

Products are lovely. I struggled with the website. Trying to order a frame with the photo uploaded took time and patience.
Having done this, the confirmation email did not show the product with the photo uploaded, so I have no idea if my attempts to have the photo included worked. This was a gift so I haven’t seen the final result.
When checking out, the company use a system for payment and delivery that is less user friendly than many other companies.

Excellent choice of products - I found exactly what I was looking for. Good communiactions, item very well packed and efficient delivery arrangements. Would definately recommend

Elegant but solid.
Item arrived very quickly and was very, very well packaged.
It looks to be well made and of excellent property. It was bought as a gift for a golden wedding anniversary and it certainly fits the bill much better than anything we could have bought locally.
Very elegant but solidly built.

I ordered two silver photo frames with prints and they arrived the next day. Excellent quality and very well packaged. Great service.

Great service and such a lovely little clock perfect

Excellent product. Easy to navigate website, order received promptly as described. Would recommend & use again.

I absolutely loved the two frames, and thank you so much for the two portraits of my Grandparents. My Mum was over the moon when she received these on her birthday.

I ordered two frames and a picture to be uploaded. Addison Ross were so helpful and very accommodating. The frames went to two different addresses and both arrived very promptly. I am delighted with everything. Thank you.

Beautiful photo Frames, so pleased with the quality and the photos. Well packaged and great service, will definitely use again for any photo frame needs!
