We had an excellent experience with Charles and Joshua throughout our first property purchase. They were professional, thorough, responsive and extremely supportive, particularly as the purchase became more complicated towards the end. We had significant delays obtaining information from the seller's side and a tight deadline due to our tenancy ending, but they kept us informed and proactively planned ahead. In the final week especially, their communication and organisation were exceptional — they anticipated what would be needed next, gave us clear checkpoints and targets, and even started the process of requesting our lender funds in advance so that we could proceed quickly if the outstanding documents arrived.
We also really appreciated the level of due diligence and care they put into the transaction. They were appropriately cautious and thorough, which gave us a lot of confidence in their judgement, while also being practical when needed and clearly explaining which outstanding enquiries were essential and where we could make an informed decision. As first-time buyers, having people we could genuinely trust to take control of the process and guide us through the more stressful moments made a huge difference. They went above and beyond to help us get the purchase completed, and we would happily recommend them to other buyers.

From the start, communication was always excellent and timely. We had to do a Deed of Variation as well and they handled it perfectly. And all the way through, from appointing them until completing the sale, they were flawless and always responded to queries within a few hours, sometimes a few minutes.
