A good service, but when buying tyres, they send them in black bags. On one occasion the bottom of the bag had a hole in it ,and I only received one tyre, instead of two ! On another occasion the bag had a hole at the bottom of it and the carrier ( I think it was Parcelforce ) had to replace package it inside a clear bag !!

deadfull don't buy anything from them if you live in UK as they don't refund your money - it's now 3 months and still money refund and now they have gone quite on me - so only option for refund is via the credit card company!!!!

Please avoid if you ever want a refund.

I had to return a mudguard because Acycles "folded" it to fit in the box, this left it with a permanent crease hence the item was returned for a refund.
Acycles received it back on 8/1/19 (over 6 weeks ago) and confirmed they had it on 10/1/19 and would refund. I have almost weekly email /messages with them and still have not had my refund. On Tuesday 12/2/19 Franceska messages me to confirm i will be refunded by the end of the week (Friday 15th Feb?).
It's now Thursday 21/2/19 and NOTHING.

***Update 13/3/19 (over 2 months since they received item back)
Not heard a thing from Acycles and they have not refunded me. I have contacted my bank who have refunded me for my debit card payment.

I will not use Acycles again.

i paid for the wrong item and request a refund since december. Until now i did not get the refund

I ordered a part from them and after waiting a few weeks without anything arriving I contacted them to enquire about the order. They then informed me the part was out of stock (?!?) and would I like another part or a refund. I requested a refund and now after almost 2 weeks I'm still waiting for it....

Good product choice, quick delivery

I ordered from Acycles in December, as part of a Christmas present. Nothing turned up, when I chased in Jan they told me they were out of stock. I’m still awaiting a refund.

I can confirm Acycles scam me,
I am so stupid that I give them many chances to complete my refund.
Luckily, I have backup all messages. all evidence will transfer to credit company.

Parts arrived well packaged and on the due date. Very pleased indeed and would recommend ACycle to others

The ACycles website offers a wide selection of stock at reasonable prices. Unfortunately, I experienced a number of problems with my order.

I made my order on December 18th and heard nothing except a confirmation email.
On January 16th I contacted the company to ask why the order had not arrived and was told that 2 out of the 3 items ordered were out of stock - this was surprising given that they showed as in stock when ordered online. I was told the order would be dispatched later in the week.
On February 4th, I contacted the company again who explained that stock was still not available and offered a refund. I asked them to dispatch what they had and refund the remainder.
On February 10th, The order arrived (interestingly, the one item received was one of the items reported to me as being out of stock). On the 11th, I asked the company about the expected refund.
As of February 13th, No refund has been received.

To their credit, ACycles have responded promptly and reasonably to all of my messages. However, the misreporting of stock availability, the lack of proactivity in informing me about delays to my order and the delay in providing a refund have left something of a sour taste. I don't intend to order from this company again in future.

I've ordered a couple of times from Acycles and things have gone well both times. The items have been the best price I could find at the time, even when postage has to be factored in. Only thing really is the delivery time, but cost counters this, so I'm satisfied overall.

Had the best price for what I was looking for and it delivered quickly in a neat package.

Purchased a mongoose legion 40 bmx. Quick contact was made by email when Acycles discovered they had no address for me but this was sorted through email . By the next week the bike arrived. My partner put the bike together last night with no problems great bike at a great price :)

Not received item yet but had to email them to ask if it had been shipped. Suddenly I get confirmation though it’s been shipped. Take there delivery time as a pinch of salt. Needed a poke so I can shred some trails🤙

When shipping charges are reasonable, Acycles is a good shop for my biking needs and one needs to be patient for the delivery to arrive.

Would have given 5 stars if I hadn’t had to contact them to send my item. I waited a 3 days and no sign of my item being shipped. So E mailed them and they then moved my item along!!
Also helmet came with a twist in the strap . Quite hard to remove and correct, which I eventually did. Cost of posting back to France is approx £12, so need to bear that in mind when buying from France.
I feel they should have seen this twist in the strap if they had inspected the item before posting, This would have saved all my anguish.

Good product and price , but took a little longer to arrive than expected , which turned out not to be an issue.

My Advice avoid at all costs.

Not all of the items were delivered.
The one item that was received was 2 weeks longer than their stated delivery time.
I requested a full refund for the items not received.
Nearly 3 months later no refund.
Apparently they can not refund to the original credit card.
I have provided them alternative bank details but still no refund.
So I have had to dispute the payment with the credit card company.

There customer service is appalling below is a cut and paste from my recent question to them.
I asked for a update
They replied

Hi,

Please don't wright me every single day because your mail goes to the bottom and I don't see it .
As soon as your refund it's done from our logistics you will receive a mail confirmation .

THEY ACTUALLY RESENT THE SAME MESSAGE AGAIN ASKING ME NOT TO CONTACT THEM
