Diese Firma belästigt mich schon seit Monaten!! Ich habe bereits mehrmals per E-Mail und telefonisch angefragt, diese Anrufe zu unterlassen. Bereits 50 Mal wurde ich in den vergangenen Wochen von mir unbekannten oder anonymen Nummern angerufen. Ich habe dem Unternehmen bereits mehrmals mitgeteilt, dass von meiner Seite aus kein Interesse mehr an ihrem Service besteht. Wenn ich an den Hörer gehe meldet sich dauernd irgendjemand von Action Refund!!! Das ist Belästigung auf höchstem Niveau und ich werde das nicht länger hinnehmen!

I am a victim of online platform scam and lost more than $600,000 last May.
I signed a contract with Action Refund because they said my case was quite fresh and the chance to get my money back was quite good.
I paid Action Refund $5000 upfront fee plus 15% of recovered funds.
In the following 10 months they wrote three letters for me. The very first one looked like a letter copied from a victim in Canada. I had to returned the letter to my case manager to revise the letter in which It stated that Chase Bank need to follow the Canadian's regulations.
All three letters were sent to the CEO of Chase Bank in New York.
Of course, Chase Bank did not reimburse me.
Three letters is all they have done so far.

Three weeks ago, they called me and wanted more cash for their continuing service. I said "NO".

Action Refund wants more info, so I call this morning, July 5th, to talk to someone in customer services. No one wanted to talk to me and the lady told me Kay Tennyson will call me back later. I am waiting for someone from ActionRefund to call me, so I can give them the info they need.

Zuerst war ich mir nicht bewusst, dass ich mein Geld überhaupt zurückbekommen kann, aber es hat geklappt!!! Gott sei Dank habe ich Action Refund gefunden, die mich darüber aufgeklärt haben, dass die Gelder nicht für immer verloren sind und ich mein Geld zurückbekommen kann.

Das war lange her, aber jetzt sind die Unterlagen wieder aufgetaucht, und möchte die Betrogenen warnen, die 10% tun weh, für NICHTS bezahlt. They are big scammers and stay away. They keep changing the staff / emails addresses etc and makes you fool and never deliver to their promises and gurantees. I had lost $8K-$10K of their fees and plus lost $172K too.

My Case Reference Case 43413 is and I have been with multiple staffed named Carlo Garcia / Chris Dakisa / Aisha Agrawal / Lhea Modles / Barry all your staff has bluffed me and made me fake promises and Barry actually giving gurantee in writing that you will receive the funds or refunds the fees but it was fake all the staff names keep changing and email addresses even doesn't work. I actually have the ActionRefund contract copy toofi you need the proof & further copy of all the emails. Even the letters produced was very very poor quality so many typo and spelling mistakes nothing was achieved. All financial insitute knows now that this sort of letters are coming from your company only.
