This company targets victims of crypto scams and victimizes them with further scams under the guise of assisting them in recovering assets from the initial scam. People, do not trust this company, which is nothing but a bunch of criminals working out of both South Africa and India. They know you were scammed and there is no way to recover the cryptocurrency that you were scammed out of. These jerks, obtain your information from chat groups in which you participated venting about how much you lost. They use this information to contact you with their scamming sales pitch. Everything they will tell you is a complete lie. The verbiage that they use in their pitch contains nothing more than scare tactics. If they contact you, do whatever you want, but do not fall for their predatory lies.

I paid this company to get the money I lost to Quantumtrade. For the first 2 weeks they stayed in touch daily. I sent all the information they requested. It’s now months later and they have never contacted me. I sent multiple emails but no response. Why can’t someone shut them down for being a scam? DON’T EVER GET INVOLVED WITH THEM!!!!!

I was scammed by this company, and they know exactly what they’re doing. They are fully aware that exchanges will not respond to any letters or cooperate with you.

They lure you in with convincing promises and letters, claiming they can recover your lost crypto. However, they know from the start that this is impossible. The exchanges never replied to any of my emails, despite their assurances that cooperation was standard procedure.

They take your case knowing full well that exchanges won’t do anything, and they themselves are incapable of retrieving your money. They will blame everyone else—banks, exchanges—saying they are doing their job. But the truth is, they know it will end this way from the beginning.

They demand payment upfront, preying on people who have already been scammed or hacked. It’s a despicable scam, and I urge you to stay away.

They told us they could help us get our money back from a scam company but that didn't happen.
We paid them and after 6 mo we still did not have our money and then they asked for another payment. They don't just do the investigating but we had to send a lot of correspondence to various banks etc. with their advising.
I'm not sure that they are legit so we quit instead of losing more!!

I lost about $100k to scammers, action refund told me that it would be able to retrieve my money because i was still in communication with the scammers and it should be very easy to recover it, but I had to pay thousands of dollars about $10k to them before they could help me, I was pressured to pay immediately due to my lost funds only just being taken and everything was still active, so I believed them and paid , well I was told to email letters to the police and to my bank and also to the platform that was used by the scammers , yesterday which is six months later , absolutely nothing has been returned and I have been informed that my contract has expired and that’s it. I just lost thousands more by getting them to write letters which I had to send which didn’t achieve anything, I feel that action refund also scammed me .in your reply you mentioned that you do not guarantee refunds because that’s against your policy, well I suggest that you speak to your employees are remind them of your policy because that’s not the way I was told about your policies and above that I suggest that you also tell your employees not to use scare tactics to pressure potential customers to sign up and pay up before it’s too late, and Daniel who was the first person that I spoke to and he signed me up, coincidentally I tried contacting him and his email doesn’t work anymore.
