I canceled my account and acorns early has kept over $2k of mine for months. They will not return. I’ve been dealing with this weekly for months and they won’t fix the issue. It’s horrible and a huge waste of time.

Terrible. Glitches constantly and customer service doesn't help and barely speaks English. Thinking about finding a better company. Terrible.

I have reported this company to the FDIC, FBI, and BBB. They have stolen my daughter’s gifted money and $300 from my parent account. They refuse to have anyone respond to questions and will not call. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

it’s very cool seeing a bank account increase for my son just in small amounts of course.

They charged my bank card fraudulently without my authorization. I did not know they existed until my bank contacted me.

I have been a user when it was go Henry.I started it for my granddaughter to teach her money skills and saving habits.She was 12 at the time, now she is seventeen, She has two savings accounts And manages her savings accounts and does very well. This app has taught her so many money skills that she will be able to take throughout her life. And when she goes off to college. I am always recommending it to family and friends and I do believe at least 3 people are recommended.Start using the app with their children.It is a great tool to teach your child money skills

It is the easiest way I have found to handle my daughter’s allowance. Very user friendly!

It is good overall. Sometimes the app still glitches but it’s better.

Acorn Early has been a great way to introduce our kids to concepts of savings and budgeting. It's easy to use and easy to manage the money between kids' accounts from the parent "dashboard". The lessons are easy for kids from ages 8-ish + to understand.

My experience with Acorns has been horrible. My card was compromised, and instead of Acorns properly investigating the fraudulent charges, I was pressured to contact the merchant and basically handle the situation myself.
I contacted the merchant, and they told me Acorns should have been investigating the dispute. So what exactly am I trusting a financial company with my money for if I’m left doing the fraud investigation myself?
The customer service was terrible, the entire process was frustrating, and I did not feel protected as a customer. I ended up closing my account because I completely lost trust in the company.
I would NEVER recommend Acorns. When something goes wrong with your money, you need a company that will actually step up, investigate, communicate, and protect its customers—not pass the responsibility back onto you.
Save yourself the headache and use another company.

Excellent and kind customer service. Problem solved immediately

Over 3 weeks to return funds on a closed account. No explanation and I don't have my money yet - over USD$2k. Called them after 3 weeks, no explanation, just, "We didn't do it. But, you'll have it in another 3 to 5 business days."

It always asks me to set up a weekly allowance. I don’t want to, and it’s very annoying. There’s no way to make it stop that I can tell.

Accessibility, reliability, and Speed are some of the great features that make up this amazing app! Very simple and easy to use!

Transferring money is not instant which incase of emergency would not be good

Had to update my phone number and she helped me make the changes.
