Worst place ever, they just want money and not provide help

Scam company.
I have taken them to small clean court which I won yet they still haven’t paid me anything from the over £5000 they have taken out of me for nothing.
I also send so many students to them on which I receive no commission I was not asking for one anyway but I feel very disappointed that these people also now have trouble with them for multiple different things.
Please be aware they pry on single mothers, people from minorities and target them to facilitate unpaid work or work on the minimum wage (£15 per day) for friends of them, take back handers etc.
They will promise you the moon, then lie and accuse you when they know they’re the reason. They pass personally made me live the worst pregnancy ever as they were blocking me from having access to the platforms stopping me from qualifying my degree and essentially I lost six months of my life doing unpaid work.

I would strongly advise avoiding this company. They have effectively scammed me out of my money and have done nothing but make empty promises. Every time I contact them, I’m told my refund is “being processed” or that I’ll receive it “soon”, yet nothing ever happens.

Once they tell you what you want to hear, they either ignore your messages or provide another excuse. Their customer service is completely unprofessional, and they have shown no intention of resolving the issue despite my repeated attempts to contact them.

In my experience, I dealt with SAN and ASHLEIGH FIELD, who repeatedly assured me that my refund was just around the corner. Despite those assurances, nothing changed, and I was left chasing the same issue over and over again.

If you value your time and money, I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Based on my experience, this company cannot be trusted. Looking through the reviews, it appears many other customers have reported similar experiences over a number of years. Avoid at all costs.

I had a very disappointing experience with Ace Pace Training Academy.

I paid nearly £2,000 for a course, but I never got the chance to complete it because I was left without a tutor for over six months. During that time, there was very little support or communication, which made it impossible to continue my studies.

When I eventually wanted to carry on and finish the course I had already paid for, I was told I would have to pay an additional £900. After already investing so much money and losing over six months due to the lack of a tutor, I found this completely unreasonable.

Overall, I feel let down by the level of support and customer service I received. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this training provider.

Great course that I done. It was a new experience with Dr Rashmi who is a specialist in this field and knowledgeable tutor. The atmosphere was amazing and it was very pleasant.

Firstly, I noticed that several 1-star reviews have mysteriously disappeared, which is highly suspicious. I am not someone who writes negative reviews lightly, as I understand the impact they can have on a business. However, in this case, I feel it is necessary this training provider should not be representing VTCT.

I initially enrolled in their VTCT course last year, trusting that I would receive a proper laser qualification. Given that I have worked in the industry for over a decade, I had confidence in my ability to complete the course. However, after paying £1,200, I quickly realized that the course structure was completely inadequate. There was no e-learning platform, no substantial assignments just a single page with 10 basic questions. In comparison to the 4–5 topics with 8–12 questions each that I am used to from the training school i had bee to previously, this was shocking. Unfortunately, since I had already paid, I felt trapped and decided to continue for the sake of convenience, as the location was close to my home.

On the second training day, things became even more concerning. There was only one model to share among four to six students an absolute joke for a hands on course. Worse still, only Reshma demonstrated IPL on a client, and none of the students were allowed to practice IPL the same client or any other. This was the main reason I had enrolled, and I received no practical training on it at all.

The learning materials were equally disappointing. We were given a cheap plastic folder with a few printed sheets something I could have put together myself as a beginner in education and training. The IPL materials consisted of just seven printed A4 sheets, containing nothing more than basic information that could easily be found online. Charging £1,200 for this is outrageous.

On exam day, we were told to provide our own models. Coming from a reputable training school in Clapham North, where we had an abundance of clients to practice on, this was completely unacceptable. How can students be expected to source models for exams, especially for treatments they haven’t even been trained on? And if you don't have any they charge additional fee. This is wrong.

What’s even more concerning is that they are passing students who are nowhere near qualified, many of whom seem to come from their own community. As someone who has worked in laser for over a decade, I find it deeply disturbing that people with no real training are being certified and sent into the industry. The idea that they are putting unqualified practitioners out into the world just for money is unethical and dangerous.

VTCT needs to investigate this provider immediately. Their practices are fraudulent, and they should not be allowed to continue operating. I regret not seeing the warnings sooner, and I genuinely feel traumatized when I hear their company name. If you are considering training with them, stay away this was one of the worst decisions I have ever made.

Save yourself the trauma and don't be fooled by their reduce course price now, for almost half the price I paid last year! AVOID, half their reviews here are not true! Took me months to finally write this review. And I am expecting a response from ACE too, criminals.

Firstly my bank is still pending payment and secondly your centre is still being investigated!!. You do not have 99% pass rate and most of them of course, are all from India, favouritism, stop with the lies, you are so full of it. they are literally the worst. I rest my case!

Great experience! Dr Rashmi were not only highly knowledgeable but also genuinely passionate about the field, supportive and hands-on training. Which really boosted my confidence. I feel fully prepared to start my career in laser aesthetics!

False Promises and Dishonest Conduct – Avoid This Course

My experience with this dental nursing course provider has been extremely disappointing. I spoke with San and Ashliegh, who promised that if I changed my mind, I would receive a full refund. I made the payment, but I never enrolled or took part in any lessons or assessments.

Later, when I asked for the refund as agreed, they falsely claimed I had done a face-to-face assessment—which is completely untrue. No such assessment ever took place. They used this excuse to deny the refund they had previously promised.

This kind of dishonesty is unacceptable. If they are willing to lie about services never delivered just to keep your money, I would seriously advise others to stay away. Be cautious before paying anything to them.

For anyone who wants to do the level 4 laser hair removal course, I recommend Ace Pace Training with all my heart . Dr Rashmi is a special person with a lot of patience, and with a lot of knowledge in the field, from the beginning to the end of the course I felt the continuous help of Mrs. Rashmi, in understanding everything related to laser hair removal, both theory and practice. Thank you for all the experience with you and for your professionalism

The college is Good in my opinion, The only issues I had are on communication which I found to be late therefore putting students in a panic especially after NEBDN issued certificates,
We were issued our certificates almost a Month after other nurses with other colleges had been issued theirs putting me in a position of Management at my practice thinking I failed and had lied to them.

The Tutor was good when she gave us lectures on Zoom and always explaining very well during lessons, however it was difficult to communicate if one had some problems during revisions because no WhatsApp groups were not allowed for students & Tutor.

Frauds!!! Do not go here! They are liars, they are using fake accounts for good reviews!!! I wish they all worst in life. The worst and cannot teach no online materraials and basic 15 page book. Don't be fooled by the reduce price in fee. They should be in investigated.

I have done my vtct level 3&4 with Dr rashmi,she is very good tutor,explaining each and every thing very nicely, amazing, thank you.

Everybody at AcePace training has been so professional from booking to arrival. I have travelled from Liverpool to do a course and have gained such confidence and understanding to able me to progress on my laser journey.

I will definitely be back for training in the future when expanding skills in my clinic.
