The staff are always helpful and understand their customers. If they don’t have exactly what we want they will try to source it for us, which they were able to do to add to my husband’s railway collection.

Ordered 4x4 for son that had to come from the warehouse, then changed order the following day. Was no problem, picked up the RC the following day, wanted a bigger battery which was provided along with helpful advice about a faster charger.Shall be returning for further upgrades and more vehicles, definitely worth a visit.

Great all round experience.
The team at Access Models were super helpful in directing me to the model I was after, the order was dispatched same day and arrived a couple days later. The model arrived promptly and in excellent condition, topped with excellent customer service - would highly recommend!
