Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish We were assigned Martyn Lewis who is such a nice guy. He explained everything very clearly so it was really easy to understand the whole process, he kept in touch every step of the way so we always knew what was happening, great company can’t recommend them enough

The broker, Charles Brookes, was professional, diligent, friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. He was readily contactable and answered all of our questions, cutting through red tape and jargon. The rating only falls short of five stars because of shortcomings in the service delivered by 'EQUILAW', intended to provide independent legal advice. The company failed to establish and understand our particular circumstances, giving rise to unnecessary confusion and delays.

Desmond O'Hara has been thoroughly professional throughout the whole process. I have found the service offered to me by the financial adviser Mr Ian Smith-Wilson very helpful and efficient. He was able to complete all the necessary documents with me at my home on a couple of occasions. He has been able to answer all my questions and any concerns I had about Equity Release. I would definitely recommend him and this service if you are thinking of applying for Equity Release.

Our equity adviser Joshua chadbourne was very friendly and professional he was so helpful from start to finish he was there every step of the way nothing was too much trouble and he was there to answer any questions we had he explained what would happen throughout the process .
