My mother needed funds to cover care costs for my father, so we looked at equity release as a funding stream.
After some deliberation we chose Access Equity release to manage the process and from start to finish the experience has been first class, the whole process was fully
explained at the start and we were kept up to
date all the way through to competition, by Martyn Lewis our advisor at Access.

This was not a straight forward equity deal. This was to get funds to buy my ex partners share of the house.
Tom (TDA) was EXTREMELY helpful right from the start. His patience and guidance in helping me deal with problems caused by my ex partner went above and beyond and took many months to finally complete, the delays being caused by my ex partner.

Recently an Equity Release was Successfully Concluded in Respect of my Own Property in the Lake District . . . Liz Hayes who was the Lead with this Arrangement Proved to be an Outstanding Professional with an Amazingly Good Manner . . . both with myself as well Dealing with the Protocols, Paperwork and Phone Calls necessary with such Actions!! . . . Two things stood out in my Contact with this Exemplary Professional Lady . . . Action and Efficiency . . . Simple really, our advisor Charles Brooks explained every part of the process and stuck with us throughout. Nothing was left to chance , everything explained and seen through , complete clarity .
