A & B Taxis Anmeldelser

The drivers are all well mannered with good knowledge of the area and the cars clean , the app is easy to use and pick up is always punctual .
Highly recommend.

Generally on time and friendly drivers with their app being fairly easy to use

Always friendly’ polite and accommodating never had a rude driver as a northerner and new to Basildon was nice to have a friendly driver from train station to make me feel comfortable always use them and always been on time

Always good service, good rates and good availability.

I had to take a taxi to get to an appointment and the app is brilliant. Including ability to pay via the app and to have a fixed rate for the travel is really helpful.
The drivers both ways were lovely and on the way in I even get a tip on how to get to the right department once at the location. On the way back I got into about a road work on the way.
I like a bit of a chat on most days so both trips were really pleasant.
Cars are always clean and currently very well kept in the guidelines of social distancing. Would always recommend as fast and reliable service.

Always great service great prices and always on time, wouldn’t use any other taxi service!!

Never had a problem with this company, I use it very often and the app is so good, never usually wait long for a taxi and always polite staff

Easy to use app. And taxis always on time. Great service.

Drivers are always friendly and very helpful. Whether its getting me to work to te hospital on time and parking as close to the entrance as possible, or, helping carrying my shopping in and out of the car to my door along with my pram as u usually have my little one with me. I live that you can now pay with card as this makes it very easy for me as I never carry cash- the only critique I have is that sometimes the card machines are not working which is then a pain for me and the driver but otherwise would be 5 stars.

Reliable taxi service. The updated app is really good you can track your taxi and see which car is arriving. Drivers are (mostly) friendly.

Very good service most of the taxi drivers are nice and very helpful during COVID-19 regulations

Have been using A&B after a tip off from my Aunt about five years ago. Always very cheerful drivers who are helpful and excellent time keepers. Car's always clean and tidy never a problem.

Good, reliable service. Superior to alternative providers operating in the area... booking and payments can be handled via the app, contactless payments available in all cars..... drivers have good knowledge....

I always use A&B taxis. They are always on time, the cars are clean, drivers pleasant and I like that they send a text when the car is on the way and then when it has arrived. Excellent service all round.

THE APP IS EXCELLENT AND SERVICE IS VERY GOOD AND ON TIME

I have used A&B Taxis many time to Southampton, Gatwick and Heathrow. They have been amazing, always on time, polite, caring and ready to help in any way possibleas we are older people. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to anybody without reservation.

Hi,

I know it’s been a tough year for everyone. But me myself have had a tough three years with health problem, and have been unable to drive, without your team it would have been impossible to get to work at the hospital. So I would like to thank you, fir your service and support for the past three years. 😉

I have been using A&b for several years now and find your company very professional with my bookings completed and booked appointments kept on time
and all the drivers very helpful and polite
Also get on the app it’s very easy and useful

Your service is great. All drivers are qualified and they are doing great job at this time. Your service deserve a five stars.
But new application is absolutely uncomfortable. Is there any chance to get the old one?

Always in time, very polite drivers and the app is so much easier too!
