Hi Lucy,
Thank you so much for your lovely review – we’re thrilled to hear you’re enjoying your new shutters! It’s great to know that the wide range of designs and options made it easy to find the perfect match for your home.
Our factory team take real pride in crafting each set of shutters to the highest standard, and our showroom staff love helping customers explore all the styles and finishes in person, so it’s wonderful to hear the whole process felt smooth and straightforward for you.
We really appreciate you choosing us, and we hope your shutters bring you many years of enjoyment. If you’re ever passing the showroom, please do pop in and say hello – we’d love to see you again!

I have just had some shutters fitted by this company and have to say that I am very pleased with their service. Communication was excellent throughout the process. The fitters, Adam and his colleague did a first class job of fitting the shutters, especially considering the window reveals in my house are far from square. The shutters themselves are of good quality and look fantastic. I have already recommended Absolute to a friend who will be using them too.
Just one word of caution though. I would recommend that people try to get as much information as possible about the various design choices available before the visit from the guy who does the final detailed measurements. Information such as available slat widths, hinge colour options, styles of mouldings, to name but a few. This might be difficult though as I couldn't find any such information on their website. The reason I say this is because I was a little overwhelmed on the day of the visit by how many decisions needed to be made, quite quickly. It is good to have so much choice, but it felt like I was taking part in a time limited multiple choice exam, which was rather stressful. I was left wondering whether I had made all the right choices, so a little advance knowledge would have helped.
As I said though, I am very pleased with the result and would highly recommend Absolute Shutters.

Hi Simon,
Thank you so much for taking the time to write such a detailed and thoughtful review – it really means a lot to all of us here at Absolute Shutters. We’re so pleased to hear how happy you are with your new shutters, and we’ll be sure to pass on your kind words to Adam and his colleague. They’ll be delighted to know their careful work, especially with those tricky window reveals, made such a great impression.
We’re also thrilled that you’re enjoying the quality and finish of the shutters made in our factory – it’s always rewarding to see our craftsmanship looking fantastic in its new home. And thank you for recommending us to your friend; word-of-mouth referrals are the highest compliment we can receive.
We really appreciate your constructive feedback regarding the decision-making process. You’re absolutely right – having more information in advance can make the final design appointment feel much more relaxed. We’re already looking at ways to make more details available via our website and in our showroom, so future customers can explore slat widths, hinge colours, and moulding profiles at their own pace before the final measurements.
If you ever fancy popping by our showroom, you’ll be more than welcome – we have all the styles and options on display so you can see (and feel) the choices in person. And of course, we’re always happy to help if you have any questions after installation.
Thanks again for choosing Absolute Shutters and for sharing your experience so generously. We hope you enjoy your shutters for many years to come!
Good service from ordering to fitting
Good service from ordering to fitting. The fitters turned up on time, the installation went smoothly and without any major issues. The fitters cleaned and tidied up and moved the furniture back. This is the second time we’ve used Absolute Shutters and haven’t been disappointed.
