Really fantastic service for my business. They are super helpful. Whenever there has been a sudden change of plan, the communication between myself, their office, the driver and my customer is so good! I have found other couriers can not communicate half as well or are often unwilling to help.

I stumbled upon Absolutely when I was desperately in need of a freezer courier service. Laurence was absolutely fantastic to deal with, answered all my questions instantly, kept me in the loop and organised a difficult route with ease and at a competitive price. He even went completely out of his way to assist with a separate part of the project and helped me massively.
Cant thank him and the team at Absolutely enough!

I am slightly stunned- so quick and so reasonable. Absolutely received my document package in London yesterday and early afternoon today it is already in the hands of the recipient in Kiev. Superb service. All this despite COVID. Keep up the good work.

We started using Absolutely at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic due to us having to close the restaurant to the general public; providing us with a weekly courier service for our 'Cook at home' kits.
The team at Head Office were really accommodating of our needs and the actual team of couriers were fantastic; always on time and a really great group to get along with.
Without Absolutely we would have had to wind down operations but thankfully we have been able to keep the money ticking in and are now looking to reopen very soon.
It was a pleasure working with them and we hope to do so again in the very near future.

Great company to work with. Always go above and beyond! Thank you guys!

Great experience working with Absolutely.

Sophie, Ean, and Stuart were extremely quick to help, very responsive, and provided a great service - even at the last minute! The refrigerated vans were just what we needed and the deliveries were fulfilled perfectly.

Can't recommend enough. I will definitely be using Absolutely again.

Absolutely is the number 1 choice for law firms. Indeed all three law firms I have been at over 25 years have used Mach1/ Absolutely. Great support and tech to order and trace and the couriers are patient and very competent. All sorts of other service providers could learn a lot from these guys.

We have now been with Absolutely Couriers for a few months now. In that time they have given my company a fantastic service especially at a time when the country has been in lockdown.

The services they have providing for me have made my life a lot easier. Just wished I found out about them earlier.

Top service! Switched over to Absolutely at the start of the year and have had no issues! Very helpful on the phone or via emails, have dealt with any queries I have had. Have been a real saviour throughout the current situation with COVD-19.. Could not recommend enough!

Great service offering various different and specialist courier services. Absolutely have first rate customer service over the phone and online. Collection times have been second to none and they've helped our business distribute all sorts of electronics and office goods around London and the surrounding counties during this difficult time. They also offer all sorts of different overnight services and at request can offer a cradle to grave service for all our courier needs.

I have used Absolutely for around a year now. They are awesome! Most of my requests are last minute and in Europe. Whether it be a small "white van" or a 7.5 tonne lorry, ambient, chilled or freezer needed they come up trumps every time. They have direct contact with the driver so any alterations on route are passed on immediately. I 100% recommend them. If you've supplies to go to a remote ski resort or a hotel on the South of France during lock-down, they are always first on my list. Rates are very competitive too.

Chad, Stuart, Ean and the team at Absolutely have been extremely helpful and have contributed massively especially in this COVID-19 pandemic.

I have been working with and using Same day Overnight and International services with Absolutely Couriers for seven years now ( Re-Reuter Brooks and Goldstar) I have always found the services that have been provided to be beyond satisfactory. For the past two years ( at least) Emily Pearce acting as my account manager has spearheaded this attitude, proving indispensable over the previous months whilst we and seemingly the rest of the city were preparing for lockdown- Thank you

What a service! Thank you for your support, understanding and exceptional services during these challenging times! We are very grateful for your help!

Absolutely are probably the best couriers around at the moment. Totally professional from booking to pickup to delivery. Hard to do in these uncertain times. Keep up the good work!

Introduced to Absolutely last year and was impressed by their commitment to sustainability and use of Cargo bikes. Great Account Management support from Rebecca and commitment to support us during these unprecedented times.
