Absolutely Anmeldelser

I have used Absolutely on several occasions for both UK and International services.
The service is second to none and my contact Mark has been excellent.
I highly recommend them for all your UK and international needs.

Brilliant customer service, always very helpful and cheerful. Andrew Keavney and the team go out of their way to make sure everything is ok, always do their best, will keep you updated and let you know when the parts have arrived. I would definitely recommend them.

Truly amazing! They helped me to send a package to Paris from the begining until the delivery, it took 1 day to send it!!
I truly recommend to have an account with them for any couriers, they are very professional.

Been using the service for a while now. Anytime we have an issue it has been dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Excellent, reliable and cost effective courier service. Simple and easy to use online portal for pick ups and tracking consignments.
Highly recommended.

Very helpful, efficient and reliable service. Highly recommended.
The customer service has been great (David), very helpful and providing the advice readily all the way from booking the shipment to pick up of the parcel.

Service has been excellent, David Culhane and the team are so helpful

I had a mission impossible type job to get vital paperwork around London for multiple signatures on a deadline in deepest lockdown, and I’d never used Absolutely before. There were so many reasons that the team could have refused the job, or given up when they hit the next obstacle, but not a single one of them did. Every member of the team that I spoke to was committed to getting the job done and it was a huge burden lifted. The job delivered the paperwork on time with clear pricing and excellent follow up. I have enormous gratitude and huge confidence if I ever need to use the service again, hopefully with something much more straightforward!

Great company and very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Best courier company in London! Will definitely be using again :)

Setting everything up was clear and they helped work out the best solution . Pick up and deliveries were all on time . Will continue to use for sure

I was assured that Absolutely were the best and most reliable firm in London. Unfortunately only 4 out of the 64 parcels that I sent out arrived in time for the event I was supplying food for, most of them arriving the following day, despite paying for pre 12pm delivery. I called to check the time of collection and it was clear they had not even been booked in. I still had to pay full price (which is extortionate compared to other firms). Save yourself a lot of hassle and use another firm.

Absolutely have really helped our logistics. Friendly and helpful team. Highly recommend

We have only started using them 3 weeks ago but they have been really good.

The website looks great and the online booking is very easily to use. I like the tracking feature on the courier bookings.

Their customer service is great, Sophie Cook is always very helpful. Even when they had technical and weather problems they kept us up to date with phone calls and emails.

Overall a great courier company

Would definitely recommend this company. Always honest and get the job done! I don’t have to worry at all as I know all my deliveries are in expert hands, and can always check any deliveries on their tracking system. Great team!

10/10 service and helps our company give back to the planet by using eco-friendly vehicles. The team were really helpful and informative when we chose to change to a more sustainable way of delivering. We’re very grateful!

I have been working with them for sometime now and they are fantastic. They are a great bunch of people. Customer service is always fantastic and they accommodate any needs we might have. Keep the good work.

I have used Absolutely a few times to distribute packages/boxes across London.

Excellent service, from the ease of online booking, to providing a POD. A great company that never lets you down. Keep up the good work, many thanks, & happy new year to all the Abs staff
