Daniel was brilliant, less than one month after taking out the Buildings Insurance we had an attempted break in, 2 patio doors and a window were damaged beyond repair. Things were sorted very quickly, with no hassle.
We just sent off the Police Crime number and photographs of the damages and they agreed to let us go ahead and order and fit new doors and windows. The money came through about a week after we submitted the Invoice.
Can’t praise them enough, and have just renewed for another year. Hopefully we won’t need to claim again though!
