Lovely jewellery and excellent customer service. I wanted to return an item bought on the 2 for 1 offer. Customer service explained the process and made it really easy for me to return my item and reorder keeping the offer. They were very friendly and replied quickly to emails.

Good updates on my item

I purchased a personalised necklace from this company. It is not worth the money I was really disappointed. I sent several emails wanting a returns label. Only an initial reply they never actually got back to me. There is no phone number to call them. Its a shocking company I advise anyone NOT to order from them. If you are not happy with an item no way will you get a refund.

Ordered a necklace on 7th Feb still not here today 20th Feb contacted customer services said it can take up to 18th march to arrive, why???? This can't be a UK company I suspect these items are shipped in from China hence length of time it takes and I certainly won't ever order again from this company. They advertise using influencers to promote the company yet fail to tell you that communication is poor delivery times are a joke never again

I have been emailing this company back and forth for a month and the excuses are shocking do not order from them I still have not received my products ordered in November. They respond to say out of there control.

Avoid. Ordered on December 3rd as a Santa present. Clearly stated guaranteed Christmas delivery. Still not arrived on January 4th. Customer Service are not helpful at all. Basically saying tough.

I would give zero stars if it was available. This company are the most frustrating when things go wrong. I purchased an item for a special 90th birthday. After 7 days I began chasing Lucy the bot who just said it was being made and will be with me soon. Trying to get past Lucy the robot was impossible as no agent available and no phone number to speak to a human. Chased via email twice with 24 hour response time stated but this doesn’t happen either. You then have to rely on poor and slow responses which is very frustrating. After 2 weeks told it has been lost in post. I reordered and they apologised and said they would rush it through. After more slow responses I have now been told the item is out of stock after a month of excuses. 2 weeks prior they were rushing it through !!! They offered refund or option of a credit to use on their site. Unfortunately to get anything like what I want is also out of stock. I am told everything resembling a pendant is out of stock ! Beware if it’s for a special occasion and please don’t rely on their promise of delivery even 5 weeks before event. From start to finish this has been a frustrating nightmare. I see this has happened to others so go elsewhere to be safe.

I am updating this review as I contacted Jason Richardson who promptly sorted this out albeit in January after the birthday and even Christmas. He read my message complaining about the poor service and agreed it was very unacceptable. I then received the original pendant promptly and some other gifts of jewellery all of which at zero cost which was very much appreciated. I hope they manage to sort out their infuriating customer service staff.

I would never have ordered from this company if I knew how stressful it would be to communicate with their non-existent customer service and to resolve an issue with the order. Their overpriced products are not worth the hassle.

Bought a necklace with 2 heart pendants as a Christmas gift for my wife. My wife’s reaction was far from great when we discovered the parts were not connected, website said use PLIERS to open the connection ring.

Absolutely ridiculous, who has the tools to work on jewellery.

I will never buy from them again

I’m not sure what has happened to my order, but judging by the reviews this seems to be a common issue — I wish I’d read them first. I ordered a personalised necklace for my daughter’s Christmas present at the end of November, and it still hasn’t arrived. I keep receiving automated emails saying the order is being worked on and that delivery may now be well into January. This is extremely disappointing, especially as the website stated the item was guaranteed for Christmas delivery and still has this advertised even today!

PLEASE read previous review and reply i have emailed this company at least 8 times and get the same generic reply they don't seem to understand my order has already taken 23 days and still not received it when the website and tv adverts say 10 to 15 days so tellingme to email them is a waste of time I've already tried that
