I ordered 2 rings for my wedding.

I ordered a ring from Australia, but I accidentally ordered a too large ring for my husband. I made a total of two payments on the recovery page they told me about, but the internet page kept displaying errors on the mail invoice. I sent dozens of international calls and emails over the course of a month. Since their headquarters is in the United States. However, the call was cut off midway, and when I called back, the previous counselor said they would contact me again, but I couldn't answer. Even after three weeks, they still asked me to pay extra for international shipping. The problem is their internet page. Their detailed page stated that ring exchange was very easy, but the counselors were busy passing the buck on their work to each other and failed to properly resolve the issue. Exhausted, I had no choice but to cancel the ring exchange. I requested a refund (due to their problems on their website) after failing twice, but even after three weeks, the refund was not received, and although they said they will offered credit as an apology, there was no follow-up action at all. There is no apologize credit on my account. Hahahahahah. I sent them three phone calls and over 20 emails. However, there is no response at all. The refund, return, and exchange pages on their internet page induce payments and display error messages. I still haven't received my refund.

I’ve ordered many pieces of jewelry and have always been very happy with them. If for some reason it wasn’t what I thought I wanted they keep their word and either remake it or refund my money. At this time I’ve ordered 9 different items and are very pleased

The process seemed slow at first but it was on our banks end because they thought might be fraudulent charges. However once it was approved we got the package in about 2 weeks. They still look as beautiful as the day they arrived

This is my second diamond purchase from Pompeii3. Both of my diamonds have been over 3 carats with the center stone being over 2 carats.

I lost one of the backings to a screw back earring and reached out for a replacement. I was promised a complimentary replacement. I appreciate their good policy on this as the earrings were expensive.

So I recently decided to be “practical” and downsize what I originally picked out. The ring showed up, beautiful but I wanted the one I had my heart set on first. I mean this is a once in a life thing right? I called them and they were super accommodating, emailed me a return label for the ring, then sent me an email stating when they would receive it so I could order the new one. Above and beyond 5 stars. Can’t wait for my massive happy ring lol.

I've ordered several pieces of jewelry from Pompeii3. Each piece was absolutely gorgeous and exactly what I ordered and exceeded my expectations. The only issue I've ever had was with the purchase of a heavy platinum bracelet. Pompeii3 had it advertised as being on sale and after paying for it, and it was nearly $6000 on sale, I was alerted that it was unavailable and I was refunded. This was extremely disappointing as Pompeii3 needs to have accurate and up-to-date information on their website. Other than that one issue I will definitely be buying from Pompeii3 again. My latest purchase was a stunning three carat 14K gold ring. I chose the man-made diamonds and I'm so glad I did. The same ring with mined diamonds of the same color and clarity would have cost me tens of thousands of dollars. I couldn't believe how beautiful this ring was. Even indoors the diamonds sparkle like something I've never seen before. It's a true bold ring that says "I've got money and class", without the celebrity price tag. I couldn't be happier and I highly recommend Pompeii3 for rings, bracelets and necklaces. My other purchase was my first, a beautiful platinum bracelet that was on sale and literally priced at melt value. That was several years ago. That same bracelet is now worth twice what I paid, making it not only a joy to wear, but an investment piece. So Pompeii3 jewelry is not just for wearing, but it’s also a form of investment that will only go up in value. Something a lot of people never think about.

I have been purchasing from Pompeii 3 for more than several years. Found their product to be well made, priced fairly and their customer service to be accommodating. What prompted me to write this review was after reading some of the negative e reviews I had to set the record straight. Pompeii stands behind their jewelry. You can return your purchase within the time specified for a full refund. If you have any issue with your purchase, like if a stone fell out, they will make it right. They will gladly repair, refund or replace an item if it was due to their manufacturing. If you need a signature to receive your jewelry then there is a place on the order form to state that. If you bashed up your jewelry due to your own neglect how can you say it’s their fault? I love the pieces I have purchased from them, I have spoken to Amber on several occasions and found her to be quite pleasant and easy to talk to. I will continue to buy from Pompeii, because I know I’m getting exactly what I want. And I know they stand behind their products. They are quite clear on their policy and I feel it’s only fair. Thank you Pompeii for exceptional jewelry.

I’m very happy with my certified diamond ring and the pair of studs I purchased. The shipping was quick, and everything arrived beautifully packaged, complete with IGI certificates in protective sleeves. My only wish is that there were a trial period to try the pieces on. In some photos, it’s hard to gauge the true scale of the jewelry, and many of the images appear to be AI-generated on models, which makes it even trickier to judge how the items will look in real life. The price is unbeatable and the craftsmanship is superb!

On December 8th 2025, I contacted manager KAI and provided pictures of a ring i wanted them to design. I was told a deposit of 500.00 was needed to start the renderings of the ring and the deposit would be deduted from total price of ring. I paid THE DEPOSIT and I was sent drawing of a ring that looked nothing like what I wanted. By december 20th I called and called and emailed ... NO RESPONSE. Now March 16th I'm told sorry WE CANNOT REFUND YOU .. AMBER the receptionist just hangs up on me or tells me someone will get backm to me.. CROOKS CROOKS . DISGUSTING...
