We dispatch all orders placed by 3pm on the same working day, using Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard. Royal Mail lists this as a delivery aim rather than a guaranteed service, so unfortunately some parcels can take a little longer than expected and this is outside our direct control :(

Excellent Chamomile Cream and Arnica Gel
My little tins of Chamomile Cream and Arnica Gel arrived very quickly and are such good quality and value. This is my second order of the Chamomile Cream and I find it helps soothe and prevent the return of itchy eczema around my eyes. The consistency is just right so it has never slipped from my lids into the eyes.

poor products and customer service
I am a registered aromatherapist and recently ordered two pure essential oils (Frankincense and Palo Santo) through your website. However, after receiving them, I found that the aromas do not match those of the same essential oils I have previously used.
I have experience with multiple brands of pure Frankincense and Palo Santo essential oils, and the products I received from your company smell significantly different. I also double-checked my order and the bottles to ensure that I had ordered pure essential oils rather than fragrance oils.
As someone who is highly sensitive to aroma and committed to using high-quality products for my clients, I was disappointed. Based on my professional experience, these oils appear more artificial than pure, and therefore I am unable to use them in my practice.
I have emailed your company several days ago to request a refund but have not yet received a response. This has resulted in a very poor shopping experience. I will not buy this brand again.

I am a certified aromatherapist and have experience with many reputable natural essential oil brands. I am able to distinguish between synthetic/fragrance products and genuinely pure essential oils. I hope you will take product quality seriously, so that consumers can truly enjoy the benefits of natural essential oils.
In my email, I did not request a refund while keeping the products. However, to date, I have not received any response regarding the refund process or arrangements from the company by replying my email. I am of course willing to return the oils if required—there is no reason for me to keep products of unsatisfactory quality that I cannot use.
Fortunately, I only purchased two bottles, so the cost is not significant. I treat it as a cost of testing a new brand. Ultimately, customers will make their own fair judgment.

We take feedback seriously, but it is important to clarify the facts for transparency.
Regarding the oils supplied:
The Palo Santo supplied is 100% pure Bursera graveolens, which is the correct botanical source. The scent many people associate with palo santo typically comes from burning the wood, which creates smoky and toasted notes through combustion. These notes are not present in a steam-distilled essential oil, so a pure oil will naturally smell cleaner, brighter, and more citrus-wood based.
In this case, the concern raised was that the aroma did not match another product previously used, without further detail or an attempt to clarify the difference. A comparison to a different supplier or batch is not, on its own, a valid basis to conclude that an oil is artificial or not pure.
In practice, when a product is described as “not smelling like palo santo”, it is often being compared to the smell of burning sticks, to fragrance oils designed to be stronger and more smoky, or to blended products where palo santo is combined with other resins, woods, or synthetics to create a richer and more “ritual-like” profile. Differences between batches or suppliers are also commonly misinterpreted as a fault, when in reality they reflect natural variation.
The Frankincense supplied is single origin Boswellia carterii, which is widely used species. This variety has a fresh, light resinous aroma with subtle citrus and balsamic notes, and is naturally more “airy” than the deeper scent associated with burnt resin. As with palo santo, comparisons are often made against incense or blended/synthethic products that have a richer, smoky profile created through formulation or heat (combustion or pyrolysis method), which is not achievable in a genuine, unaltered steam-distilled essential oil.
It is also important to note that genuine essential oils vary from batch to batch due to natural factors. These include the wood source, whether fallen and aged or more recently harvested, the degree of ageing which affects aromatic development, geographic origin where soil and climate influence chemistry, and distillation parameters such as temperature, duration, and pressure. This variability is inherent in natural products.
Consistency of scent is not expected in genuine essential oils, as natural variation between batches is part of their nature. Products that smell identical every time are typically formulated or synthetic rather than pure, single-origin oils.
We are always open to reviewing genuine product concerns.
In this case, the request was for a refund while retaining the products, which falls outside our Refund & Returns policy. If the products are not suitable, they can be returned in accordance with our returns policy available on our website. Once returned, we are happy to process a refund, even where the product is simply not to your preference.
We remain available to review any concerns through the appropriate process :)

In the case Use Myrtle for poetry writing myrtle
In the case of myrtle, I chose Abbey because, unlike other companies, they use steam distillation to extract the essential oil from the flowers, allowing me to experience the pure floral scent of myrtle.
The reason for this is that, while reading the Bible story about angels meeting a prophet under a myrtle tree, I decided to use the scent of myrtle as the theme for a poem I wrote—my first in 30 years. That is why I ended up purchasing the myrtle.

Nice selection of special essential oils
I bought a few essential oils from here. There wasn't any problem with the delivery. Label seems long lasting, so the print stay on it. Products seems good quality and I was able to buy special essential oil what you can't reach elsewhere.

Mother’s Day save!
They were so lovely, quality and affordable! I wanted one of their products in time for Mother’s Day and I had left it a little tight to time!
