Second time ordering. No problems with glasses, will order again.

There are few places that will make glasses for double vision without a correction. This is why I ordered from Abbe. I love the frames, they are exactly what I wanted. The prism is correct and I can see to drive so I am very happy. The reason I gave 4 stars is I would rather have metal frames but were unable to find any in a small size. Also, one of the frames is slightly larger and doesn't fit as well. Al in all I am happy with my purchase and would buy again

The website won’t let me track my order, and everytime i try to ask someone about it i just get more confusing answers. i’ve used this company plenty of times in the past and never had this much of a frustrating experience

I wouldn't trust this company ever! I should have been smart and just stayed with the other 2 companies but I liked one pair of frames and gave it a go. BAD IDEA. 15 days and my order still hasn't shipped its still in assembly took forever to get someone to chat with me on there and they told me it's only 1 to 3 days then it's shipped out and that they are sorry for the delay they seem to not answer my question on how long will my order take to get and then when I want to cancel it there's only one person who handles all the cancellations and refunds.

I ordered two pairs of glasses. One was great, the other one sits lopsided on my face from the moment I took it our of the box. Kind of disappointing. Otherwise they're good value, but they should do better with quality control before shipping.

Glasses fit well and prescription was correct. Will order from Abbe again
