WAITING TOO LONG FOR Orders (Orders OD56436 &…
I placed 2 orders (Orders OD56436 & OD56547). The first order OD56436 WAS PLACED ON 9/1/2026 and then Order OF56547 WAS PLACED ON 9/8/2026 and I was told would ship in 2 days. The shipping was to be combined. While they did respond to and refunded the shipping cost for the second order quickly, neither order has shipped and they have not responded to several emails or chat messages inquiring when both order will ship or provide a tracking number. This is my first time ordering from them and I am very disappointed in the lack of communication. I have not had this issue with other companies for my glasses and am at a loss of what to do now.
I WANTED TO LOVE THIS COMPANY BUT AM REGRETTING MYBDECISION TO PURCHASE FROM THEM. I PAID FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING FOR 10 PAIRS OF GLASSES AND NEED MY GLASSES ASAP. IT HAS BEEN.2 WEEKS. I AM OUT OF MONEY BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY I DON'T HAVE MY GLASSES!

A nightmare!!
A nightmare!!! I ordered 2 pairs. Regular glasses have etched prescription numbers on the glass!!! Sunglasses were too dark. Returned them via expediated post 2 months ago. They will not respond, or send me a credit. The regular glasses that have etched numbers in the corner are i.possi le to keep clean. NEVER USE THIS CHEATING UNRELIABLE COMPANY!!!!

Lost package and zero communication, not wanting to give me a number tracking
They gave me fhe tracking number but now it says that item is abandoned, ABBE doesnt want to give me a new tracking number and when I talk about it or anything they don’t answer as soon as possible, the communication is poor and their phone number doesn’t even work, they say they will fix all of this but they don’t, they are not giving me a solution and I’m so concerned and anxious, if I could give it 0 stars I would, they are not communicating with me

Abbe Customer Service Sucks
So I ordered a pair of glasses in December of 2025. My glasses were delivered to the wrong address I did not send them to i went back to talk to someone and no one would answer the customer service phone number I called repeatedly. I have I have screenshots of my order my order number and now I'm locked out of my account they won't even let me in my account telling you I never had one don't order from these people if something gets screwed up they will not compensate you or look out for you in any way.

Update. I did get my glasses but, I didn't find them right away because whoever delivered them, just threw them in my yard. They were there for about 2 weeks before I found them. The glasses were nice.

I placed an order with Abbe. Tracking said that my glasses were delivered. I never got them. I tried calling customer service, there was no one to answer the phone. I sent an email and no one responded to my email. I feel like this company is a scam. I will never order from them again. I never got my glasses or my money back. I do not recommend this company.

Normal-good quality, May have delivery issue for Australia
I had multiple shops from this online shop and in most cases the glasses were good. The frame was a bit tight in two cases. For Australia, it may take up to one month to deliver! 2-3 weeks in other cases.
