While at it he also did the floor plans for me. I was made aware of the letting service they offer which appeals to me as they cover all my properties which are spread from TW1 IG1. Used an online agent - never agian. Service was slow, no one was avalible for viewings after 6pm, call backs were never given and emails were never replied. I decided to find another agent which did not disappoint on this occasion.

If I were to have a slight negative it would be the fees they charge to tenants - which are not low in the least bit.
