I found AJB online threw reading alot of reviews online. They were welcoming and good agents who respond quick to my calls and emails. Someone was found very quick for my two bedrooms flats in central and I have more properties to send them to work on.

I like the guaranteed rent option and did NOT pay extra for this just to confirm.

Opted for the full service letting! Everything was done by the agency themselves which is better and from my side saves me money. The managers were great at organising the little details and sorting paperwork such as contracts and references from employers etc. It's not easy to keep on top of things when you have more than one property but I am happy at the moment and would not hesitate to use Aaron Barclay again.

Edwin has been our contact for the last 18 months and has been ultra professional and accomodating all of our wishes at all times. The tenants like dealing with this agency as they are super fast with their own contractors!!! A1 guys.

I had to view this property twice and every time I called I was given a specific time that I had asked for and the rep met me at the property waiting for me when I was a few minutes late, working late as a nurse meant the times I wanted were late and unsociable but this was no trouble for the agents, thank you again even if I did not take the properties I looked at!

Time was of the essence as I was due to go abroad. Selling my left over stuff, moving, shipping my belongings, selling my car - all a nightmare, Aaron J Barclay found me tenants late on (before the other 3 agencies) and pushed through referencing before I went away. Very fast and very very flexible.

I used 3 different agencies and in the end I was pulling my hair out with the other two. I have very specific tenant requirements and it was made abundantly clear that those requirements must be met or tenants should be excluded from the selection process. I have lowered the rent to ensure that I get very good tenants. I was constantly been sent tenants to my property from the other two agencies without making prior appointments and was not sure how this was even happening and who was handing my property address out in this manner. I later found out that one of the agents in online and was doing zero vetting prior to letting them view. Aaron J Barclay on the other hand bought along vetted tenants and I chose one of them from the three that wanted my property. Agents - take note and listen to your customers.

Was able to view a flat very late in the evening as it was empty. I was also able to pay a deposit and sign a contract subject to passing reference checks the same evening. Now thats what I call fast.I will be moving in next week. The staff, especially Victor were super efficient and made things very easy for me.

It was a little confusing the number of options offered by the local agents we called in to give us valuations on our rental. As first time landlords we wanted an 'all in' option if one existed. Aaron J Barclay offer that service as standard which makes comparisons and budgeting easier. Not only is it easier to organise stuff it's also better for the agent to have this responsibility. I can recommend Aaron J Barclay for the landlord full service.

Victor was helpful in managing and navigating often complicated issues and handling paperwork and payments being sent aboard. Check the contract because you can tailor it to the way you see fit.

My flat was let very quickly, it's in a good area and was priced correctly. I can recommend using Aaron J Barclay but if you do not then make sure your agent is arla registered and TPOS registered as those are the registration bodies. I didn't have any complaints and was dealt with very professionally but if I did have cause to complain I was safe in the knowledge I could do just that!

When I did have a problem (once) I was dealt with very efficiently. Great floor plans and beautiful photographs helped me maximise my property my property and get me the highest price. I am now buying through Aaron J Barclay as well.

It is not often that an agent tells the truth and nothing but the truth, delivers on their promise, keeps to their word, doesn't lie or rip you off. But when you find on who offers all of the above and more you just want to grab them and keep them. Ssshhhhh, dont tell anyone!!

A complicated property sale was looked after impeccably by Victor and his sales team. I was promised no hiccups and there were none from their side. If you're after a service that offers full support and top notch customer service then these are the agents I would recommend.
