Lorane Chinoingira
Aah! What can i say about Lorane Chinoingira that has not already been said by my colleagues eh?
I've only worked with lorane for a short time. And during that time I had a good working relationship with her. I found Lorane to be warm, sweet natured, with a good sense of humour and an absolute pleasure to work with.
Whenever I've called Lorane with a work related issue, she patiently listens, empathise, understands where I'm coming from, then resolves the issue in a calm and reassuring way. Lorane always made me feel valued, listened to and supported whenever we spoke over the phone and we do have a giggle. For me that's what makes her special. I liked working with Lorane and I hope to work with her again in another package.

My experience
I provide direct patient care and assisted in managing the care of trauma patient. I conducted comprehensive patient assessment and administrated necessary medications. Collaborated with the team that I find there(MHR Emergency team).

It has been an amazing experience and more so, staff support and swiftness in responses to field agent's messages via email or work whatsapp remain unmatched
It has been an amazing experience working with A24 for some years now. I am particularly impressed with the swift responses through either via email or work whatsapp chat through which queries are resolve asap. The company also ensures staff are up to date with relevant trainings to enable them match the numerous complex nature of support they render and also remain abreast with new legislations.
Kudos to all the shift coordinators i have worked with so far, in a very specially way, i wish to commend Lorane Chinoingira for always being proactive and dedicated in her duties of ensuring staff on the field get motivation and support needed to carry on their duties. She has a beautiful talent in managing team members and ensuring everybody works as a team in delivering the required support to our clients.
Lastly, i would recommend A24 consider mileage payment where necessary to ensure continuous and smooth field operation.

A24 group is one of the best company to work with. I am happy to continue my work with A24 because of amazing staff like Lorane who has shown high level of professionalism, dedication and commitment to ensuring all staff are happy while working. These includes ensuring all staff are compliant and qualified to work at a particular setting. She ensures timesheets are approved on time and wages paid on time. She ensures fair shifts allocation to all staff. Her leadership quality is second to none. More-so, I appreciate the opportunity A24 company gives to enable staff accumulate their leave hour which they can apply to be paid when they are not working which is not obtainable with some agencies. Kudos to A24 group as I will recommend everyone to choose A24 group as a company to work with.

Useless company
Useless company, no help whatsoever. I keep calling and asking if someone has seen my uploaded documents. It has been months since I joined and I’m still “ not compliant” on their app. I upload documents and no one sees them. The 24hr assistance is BS, no one answering. I managed to apply for DBS in the end, all on my own. End of it, it says it is “standard” I paid 39£, how can it be standard? I spoke to employer Mila who instead of answering my questions told me to calm down. Rude staff with no experience in customer service. I want my money back and to be done with them .
