They have not paid my family member for…
They have not paid my family member for submitted timesheets and their client forced my family member to work extra hours not on the timesheet threatening to get them fired if they didn't. Nurses need to be respected more. Don't work for this agency they'll make you work to the bone for nothing, they don't care if you have bills to pay they are just looking for ways to keep money with their directors and tick boxing their clients/patients.

No communication from the agency for delayed payments unless I follow up
They call on the same day to book you a shift even though I have updated my availability, they call an hour or 2 to book a person for a shift on the day of the shift .
