I've had a pretty good experience with my orders. I bought their sample packs and then about a year later, I got my own sticker designs printed. My stickers have been selling quite well.

Communication isn't bad. I felt like there were slight delays but at the end of the day, someone always replies to my questions. It is a little confusing as to what parts of the stickers can be customizable, like the sticker sheet dimensions.

Sylvia was really helpful and clear with her communication with me. Everything was pretty straight forward, and everything was mostly executed predictably. I really appreciate the responsiveness and presence of Vograce's customer service.

I feel like my sticker sheets came out looking a bit dark, though. But perhaps next go round, I can try submitting brighter images. Thank you so much Vograce for helping us run smooth businesses!

Really love ordering from this place! Cindy was fantastic, and worked with me 1:1 to make sure my files were correct (I had the images reversed for some reason) and did a great job with the proofs as well. This will be my second time ordering from them, and I would do it again as well in the future

Lindsay arranged a reprint of holographic keychains for me since i didn’t receive the holographic ones upon arrival and instead, all non holographic. She understood and i feel very satisfied with receiving such help

Top quality for price. Their products never disappoint. Of course I'm in the US so shipping takes a while. With my iterative and small sample size process this is the biggest disadvantage for me but the end product is always very impressive and worth the wait. Also they have great customer service! I requested so many edits on one of my orders, mostly my error / misunderstanding. They are very patient and helpful. I will always recommend Vograce :)

The product quality is always very good, and the customer service is incredibly helpful. Recently, there was a small issue with an order I had placed, and Yanni handled everything with great patience and professionalism. I'm very satisfied! 😊

I have been using vograce to manufacture my products for about 2 years, and I cannot recommend them enough! Their representatives that help you with every order are incredibly kind, and my most recent representative, Frank, helped make sure that my last minute order would come in time for an event and was incredibly helpful. I‘ve been a customer with Vograce for 3 years by now and never had a single unsatisfactory experience. Despite the growing amount of customers over these years, Vograce keeps offering the full package of consistent fair pricing, speedy delivery times and high quality products - on top of a constantly expanding product portfolio and outstanding customer service! I tried out different manufacturers here and there over time, but Vograce always ended up being the better choice, so I‘ll definitely stay with them for future product endeavors.

Also, a special thanks goes out to Ella and her massive help with my recent slip up during the proofing phase 🥲 I accidentally noticed something I needed adjusted after already confirming the proof and she went the extra mile to revert everything and fix my mistake (although it was already forwarded to production ahhh). Good customer service is rare to find these days, but she was very kind and patient with me, so…Thank you very very much!!! <3 This was actually a very time sensitive project for me, so her swift response and help literally saved the day

Winnie helped us with our order and was amazing!! She replied super fast and helped to make some minor fixes that we had after the initial proofs. She provided us with excellent service and we will definitely place more orders in the future!

I had a fast turnaround order that I ended up accidentally ordering too much of (my own fault!). So I reached out to customer service and Winnie helped me out so much! She kept me updated and helped me switch shipping. It was probably one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had and Winnie really helped me feel informed and less stressed. My order could have ended up going very wrong, but thanks to Winnie and the Vograce team everything worked out and I will 100% be ordering from here again.
