I like the bike and the speed of…
I like the bike and the speed of ordering online, but ever since I picked it up the bike is very clunky when pedalling. Due to covid restrictions am unable to get it checked.

Left wondering during click & collect
Both times I have clicked & collected I have been left waiting for approx. 20-30mins after them confirming my details at pick up. Other customers served after me had their orders fulfilled before me.

Online and service 5 stars.
Purchased an bike online and it was ready for pick up within the time frame given. We experienced a small issue with a broken part, which was no fault of the bike just a accident with the kids running into each other and the guys at 99 bikes fixed it with 15mins at no charge. We have bought bikes from 99 bikes before and will continue to do so.

I got a message immediately saying that…
I got a message immediately saying that my order had been received and that I would be alerted when it was ready to be picked up. I didn’t hear anything for a few days, tried unsuccessfully to contact you by phone and eventually just went to the shop and picked up my goods which were ready. You just need to get your processes ironed out.

No communication on order being ready
After two weeks of waiting for confirmation that I can pick up my online order from click and collect in Brookvale I called the Helpdesk. Who said that it was ready 2 days after I order but it hadn't been tagged as completed. I then tried to call the Brookvale store all day with no answer and eventually went there to try and speak to them directly. My order had been sitting in store for 12 days and 99Bikes had not informed me.

Good customer service
I had a problem with my bike's brakes, in the first attempt to solve the problem I didn't have a good experience, but Mr Byron was very attentive and solved my problem in 30 minutes.
