724 rent firmasindan bir arac kiraladim. Ilk basta benden 5.000 bin tl depozito aldilar. Araci bir hafta sonra teslim aninda bana avrasya tunelinden ve yavuz sultan koprusunden koprusunu bir hafta icinde defalarca kullandigimi soyleyerek depozitoyu vermediler. Halbuki ben araci kiraladiktan sonra hic istanbulda kalmadim. Direk memleketim karamana gittim. Kopru ve tunel gecis belgelerini istedigim halde onuda vermediler. Araci sadece sabiha gokcen karaman arasinda kullandim. 4700 tl depozitomu vermediler..fazla itiraz edince calisanlarin kaba kuvvet kullanimina kadar gideceklerini ve ucagimi kaciracagim icin cikmak zorunda kaldim. Calisanlar cok saygisiz vede terbiyesiz. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum, insanlarin zamaninin olmamasini ve durumunu kullanmasini cok iyi biliyorlar. dolandirilirsiniz, arac kiralamayin.

Dont rent your car here, they will scam you. They sad that my license was incalid for renting, they wanted me to rebook with anotheronea driving license with higher price offourse.

Waited 2 hours in the night at the airport to receive a solution. They gave none. Took a taxi to my place rented somewhere else afterwards.

Update: i do have a valid driving license for the past 13 years… worthless company. How is it possible that i can rent a car on all other companies but not from you…. And thr solution you guys gave was a scam, asked for more money. Think that was the issue.

Bad service. Very low quality vehicle which started making noise 10 min after I received it on the highway. Also, due to small scratch on the car they refused to refund my deposit despite that insurance was paid for in my contract. STAY CLEAR ITS A SCAM

Wir haben über 'carjet' ein Auto bei '724Rent' gemietet. Es begann damit schon, dass wir am Flughafen Sabiha Gökcen den Ansprechpartner telefonisch nicht erreichen konnten. Erst nach ca. 1,5 Std. ,nach der Landung, haben wir jemanden ans Telefon bekommen. Danach haben wir nochmal eine 1 Std. gewartet bis jemand kam und das noch mit einem Kleinwagen, den wir nicht gemietet haben. Die Person wollte uns diesen tatsächlich 'andrehen' bis wir darauf bestanden haben, den von uns gemieteten Minivan haben zu wollen. Uns wurde gesagt, dass der gemietete Wagen in einer Werkstatt sei und innerhalb einer halben Std. hergebracht werden würde. Tatsächlich haben wir aber mehr als 3 weitere Stunden, bis zwei Uhr nachts, auf den Wagen gewartet UND DAS MIT EINEM BABY! Komischerweise war das Auto doch nicht in der Werkstatt, sondern an dem Standort am Istanbul Flughafen. Natürlich war das Auto von innen komplett verdreckt, aber von uns wurde verlangt am Ende ein sauberes Auto abzugeben oder eine Reinigungsgebühr zu bezahlen. Hinzu kommt noch, dass wir ein Diesel gemietet haben, aber ein Benzin'er bekommen haben. Zudem wurde von uns eine Radar-Kaution in Höhe von 500€ verlangt, die vorher gar nicht erwähnt wurde. Angeblich sollte die Kaution zwei Wochen nach der Fahrzeugübergabe auf die Kreditkarte zurückgezahlt werden. Wir haben aber über 5 Wochen auf unser Geld gewartet und am Ende wurden nur 450€ überwiesen, obwohl wir in keine Radarfalle getappt sind. Wir wurden von Anfang bis Ende belogen. So eine Unverschämtheit haben wir noch nie erlebt! Über die Dreistigkeit, Frechheit und Uneinsichtigkeit der drei männlichen Mitarbeiter möchten wir erst gar nicht reden! Nie wieder!

Scammers way of scamm and dont refun the deposit people have lost thousands of dollars . For help refund your deposit money i also a victim of this company and when i ask lawyer help he ask me to pay even nore the deposit sum so its not worth it . So i decide making a group and help all people refund they money we have 3 lawyers working on these cases for helping refund join group on facebook called 742rent victims.

Avoid 724 Car Rental at All Costs

I had a truly terrible experience with 724 Car Rental in Turkey. Upon arrival, I discovered the car was in horrible condition: it was filthy inside and out, covered in damage, had tyres going flat, and the gas light was on empty. To top it off, the trunk was filled with four bags of stinking rubbish.

The pickup process took over an hour because they had none of my online reservation details. The staff member who assisted me was aggressive, making me feel uneasy and threatening me into accepting unacceptable terms.

When I returned the car, I witnessed a couple in front of me arguing with the company about being scammed for damages that didn’t exist, despite having proof. I was promised my €500 security deposit would be returned within two weeks, but it’s now been over three weeks with no sign of it. Meanwhile, I rented a car in another country, and my deposit was returned within days.

724 Car Rental operates like a scam, and it’s a shame they seem to get away with it regularly. There appear to be no rules in Turkey, and I strongly advise against using this company.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. They were unprofessional and rude throughout the entire process. My car was moved without proper communication, and I was charged over three times the expected amount for no reason. When I finally received my car, it was dirty and in poor condition.

To make matters worse, I had to wait at the airport for more than two hours. I will never use their services again and strongly advise others to avoid them...

Scam Company – Avoid at All Costs

I rented a car from 724Rent, and it was an absolute nightmare. I returned the car with only a few minor scratches, but they hit me with a €1,700 charge! To make things worse, they had the audacity to ask for a police report for minor scratches, which is completely unreasonable.

Their employee, Musa, is clearly the front man for this scam. He was uncooperative, refused to provide a proper breakdown of the charges, and repeatedly made excuses to justify the absurd fees. Even with full insurance coverage, they refused to acknowledge it, leaving me with no choice but to dispute the charges with my credit card company.

724Rent is running a scam operation, and I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this company. Don’t fall for their tricks!

Stay away from those scammers. They asked for a deposit of € 500. We then miraculously lost the front plate somewhere on the first day (I've been driving for > 10 years now, never lost a front plate, but here all of a sudden during the first ride).
After bringing back the car, they said that the deposit is non-refundable as we returned the car without a front plate.
I'm texting this company now for more than 2 weeks, but they keep ignoring me. Horrible people, horrible company, do not rent a car here.

724rent de Estambul son unos auténticos estafadores. Nos cobraron 1000€ por una rallita en la pintura y además se han quedado con la fianza de 500€.
Tienen una estrategia bien desarrollada para sacar el máximo dinero posible.
Busco gente que quiera participar en una demanda colectiva, también pueden escribir los empleados arrepentidos.

Kiraladığım aracın aküsüyle ilgili sorun yaşadım; bildirimde bulundum. Aldığım cevap ise şuydu: "Sorun basit. Sokakta birine sor, herkes yardımcı olabilir." Hatta taksi şoförüne zorla sordular telefonda. Bu durum tamamen saçma ve son derece profesyonellikten uzak. Özür dilemek yerine, "Aküyü şarj et ve geri getir" demeleri kabul edilemez. Buradan asla araç kiralamayın!

I experienced battery issues with the rented car and reported it. The response I received was: "The problem is simple. Ask someone on the street; everyone can help you." They even asked a taxi driver. This is bizarre and extremely unprofessional. Instead of apologizing, they told me to charge the battery and return the car. Never rent a car from here!

I booked a car with this company in Istambul from 3 to 14 August 2024 and was asked for a deposit of 500 euros. When I returned the car I asked for a refund and was told it would take two weeks because they had to check if I had any fines. I have exchanged several messages with them and they will not give me my money back. I do not recommend renting from them.

Beware, beware, beware, avoid this fraudulent company, don't fall into the same trap I fell into. They promised to return the 500 euros they demanded from me as a deposit, and have never seen it since, now it 5 years ago, they had no reason to do it.

Des escrocs de très grande envergure.
Il nous donne la voiture en réserve mais genre vraiment.
Il nous donne une vieille fiat alors que nous avions commandé une clio.
Pas de produit lave glace dans la voiture .
Pas de adbloue dans la voiture, apres avoir fait qlq kilometre le adbloue c’est allumé on a mit un bidon. Lorsqu’on a rendu la voiture le adoublou c’est allumer et nous on factuer 180€ alors qu’on a rouler 4000km et qu’on a mit un bidon a 30€.

Terrible company! They charged and used my €1,000 deposit instead of just holding it, and I’ve been struggling for two weeks to get it back. Avoid at all costs!

Very bad experience.. refuse to pay by deposit. I called them 100 times and sent 100 e.mails and whatsup.
Never answer my call.
So be careful and choose other companies.

I'm sorry to say that, for the first time, I am deeply disappointed with the service of a car rental company in Türkiye!!, despite having travelled several times and generally being satisfied with rental companies, 724rent is the worst company, with no doubt. My friends and I made sure to return the car in the same clean and good condition as we received it.

However, when we returned the car, we were met with unnecessary complications, which extended the process to over two hours—almost causing us to miss our flight if we hadn't pressured them to hurry up. We felt that there was an attempt to exploit the insurance as much as possible and to look for any minor fault. Despite almost two months passing, we still haven't got back our insurance deposit, which is a $500 refund, even though we have been trying to contact the company weekly with no response.

We are now extremely dissatisfied with the company's service, particularly with one of their employees named Moussa, he is a Syrian guy who was uncooperative and made us feel that he was deliberately stalling, even after we informed him that we would leave a negative review. Our concerns were met with complete indifference and disregard from him. And he said to post your experience everywhere online!

Therefore, I advise anyone to avoid dealing with this company to avoid the damage we experienced.

Note: I also suggest the company change its name, as it lacks the true meaning of its work.
