So they said I was approved and shot me…
So they said I was approved and shot me with a 59% interest and I have a 630 score. What the hell is this? The 1970s and my cousin Vinny will brake my legs if i don't pay. To top it off the agent tried to be all flirty as if her phone voice was going to persuade me to agree to a 59% interest. Drop the crack pipe and I will be reporting to BBB. That should be illegal to try and give someone a LOAN with that rate!!!

Our rates are all in compliance with each states standards, you may live in a state that allows interest rates to be higher. 60monthloans, Inc. does offer no prepayment penalty so you can pay off the loan early and save yourself a lot in interest. As far as the underwriter being flirty, she may just have been in a good mood that day and was treating you nicely which may come off as flirty. All of our underwriters have been professional trained and all of our offer calls are recorded to prevent anything underhanded going on. To be completely transparent our company offers loans with apr between 19%-69%. In states where the limit is 36% or 30% we keep our rates in line with state laws as we are a state licensed lender.

I'm sorry that the process was a little slower than you expected, a lot of times when our process goes slow it because we are making sure we have all the documents and information to make a good risk decision. When we advertise we have our prime offers and other offers that people can get. Everyone when they apply can get the prime offer, but that doesn't mean that you will get the prime offer. We don't know what offer you will get until the application and Bank statement Review is complete. Only applications that meet the highest standards will be able to get the prime offer. Things we take into consideration, your FICO Score, your income, your debt to income ratio, and the average balance in your account. The better each of these are the better shot you have to get a prime offer. Our hope for you with this loan is that it helps you out in the ways you needed and you are financially empowered, your credit score gets better from lending with us. And in the future you are able to get better and better rates, and your financial situation continues to improve! Thank you for lending with us!
